But especially the mutton. I took half a kilogram of mutton a day, hoping that I would be able to do it. But no))) Couldn't. The establishment is very simple. But it impresses with its simple but delicious menu, the speed of delivery, and the responsive staff. The guy there was tall and skinny. Since he was offering dishes, I would have ordered everything that was on the menu.😁 So be careful with what you ordered, don't eat it all, or take it with you.

Meat is above all praise. I've never eaten such mutton as there. The lamb from the tandoor just melted in my mouth. The lamb loin kebab is juicy and incredibly delicious. It should be borne in mind that this is an ordinary dining room where locals eat and the interior is appropriate, but there is a VIP room where it is quite beautiful and cozy, a separate waiter who speaks Russian well serves this room, will tell you everything in detail about the dishes and recommend, even the nuances of local traditions told. You will immediately receive two dishes without ordering, a salad of vegetables and something else that looks like a very thick yogurt with herbs. You can safely refuse this and the salads will be taken away, but it was interesting for us to try and it was delicious. The bill was more than pleasant. For four adults, together with a tip of 450,000 soums, this is 3200 rubles. I recommend visiting this place.

We were in Bukhara for the first time and only for 3 days. This place was recommended to us by a guide who has lived in Bukhara all her life. It's the best we've ever eaten!!! The puff pastry is hot and delicious!
We took 2 different soups, 2 different kebabs and a salad - we ate too much and took it with us!
Everything is very tasty! We recommend it from the bottom of our hearts

Tandoor mutton is delicious, but we were deceived. When ordering a barbecue, they specified twice how much the price was, they said for 4 skewers (they showed it on their fingers). And they offered to order an assortment, try all the skewers one at a time. The receipt arrived, and it turned out to be the price for one skewer. But this place is not one of the category for a sophisticated audience. This is a locally colorful version of the food. Don't get fooled by the number. You will be given a tandoor based on the calculation of 300 grams per serving. I must say right away, this is a lot. Pure mutton in such quantity will block your appetite for a very long time. After eating at lunch, I could barely force myself to eat for breakfast. And on New Year's Eve at the table, I barely pecked, despite the alcohol. Even 200 grams, it's for a hefty man, and a lady 150 grams - to eat her fill. The salad will be put on the table without asking, but it's not expensive.

A great cafe in the suburbs of Bukhara! It is a very large institution with an unassuming interior, but it feels very popular with the locals. Very nice polite staff. Well, the kitchen is on top!!! Kebabs are just a song!!! They are accompanied by delicious vegetables and a branded flatbread. I highly recommend it! Only 15 minutes by taxi from the city. No city restaurant is even nearby)

Rumor has it that this is the best place to try tandoor kabob. We decided to go there. They called and booked a table. We have arrived, there are no places. Not much is not pleasant, I had to wait 15-20 minutes. The staff behaves quite strangely, the service is of course in its infancy.
