My family and I are grateful to the travel agent Elena from Coral Travel for a great vacation organized for us. Professionalism and attention to detail: Elena quickly clarified our wishes: dates, budget, direction and comfort level. She took into account all the nuances and offered several options to choose from. The needs of children and adults were taken into account: a comfortable hotel room, children's pools, as well as proximity to the beach. The choice fell on a hotel in the village of Konakli in Alanya, Turkey. All fares and fees have been explained in advance. No hidden fees. Flights, transfers, schedules — everything was clearly synchronized. Elena's recommendations for choosing a hotel turned out to be accurate: a decent level of service, cleanliness, safety and convenience for her son (pools, water slides, animation). Elena stayed in touch, helped solve minor issues (I had to be sick at the resort with the whole family and apply for medical insurance) and promptly responded to requests, which is very important abroad (especially for our family, who went on vacation for the first time). Special wishes and results for each family member: - Grandma: a relaxing seaside vacation has been organized — a nice beach with lots of sun beds, convenient location and minimal fuss so that she can fully relax. - Son: the pool and entertainment at the resort are a safe area for swimming and the child, as well as programs that kept him interested. - Husband: good nutrition — a varied menu, high-quality dishes and suitable diet options. - Me: positive emotions of the whole family, successful shopping in the vicinity of the hotel and a reasonable price-quality ratio of the tour. I recommend Elena and Coral Travel for a family vacation to anyone who wants to have a carefree vacation: professionalism, individual approach, transparency and real care for the family. We will return to it in the future!

We helped in the shortest possible time to choose a tour for the necessary dates for the family, taking into account all the wishes and preferences, told all the nuances from departure to the airport to return home. I had a plan in my hands that spelled out all the details. The hotel had a Guide who was in touch with us 24/7 and all issues that arose abroad were easily resolved in a couple of hours.
