This review will be about the 14flor hotel, which is located in the center of Yerevan. I found it on a booking, the average price tag for two nights at the end of June is 65,000 drams. The room was given without a common balloon, and with a private one - a room from the end of the building. Now about the advantages and disadvantages:
ADVANTAGES:
1. You are in the very center of Yerevan, 5 minutes walk to Republic Square.
2. Very polite staff and receptionists at the reception - this is very important
3. Normal breakfast buffet: omelette, sausages, cheese, porridge, sujuk basturma, milk.
4. Clean in public places, under the bed you need to vacuum.
5. View of Yerevan from the window
6. The room has a refrigerator and everything you need
CONS:
1. Someone bit hard at night - the bites took a long time to heal, more than a week... I hope not bedbugs (((
2. The room and the balcony require minor cosmetic repairs and replace the table on the balcony - it is uncomfortable to sit
3. The common terrace was closed for repairs and this was not reported when ordering the room
4. At 10.00 o'clock, the repairmen started knocking on the terrace - laying tiles
To sum up, I will give a 4 with a minus to this hotel... It was even possible to close your eyes to the renovation of the terrace, but bitten hands are sur and trash - this is the first time this has happened to me.

I liked the hotel. Our room was very large, everything we needed was available. A large double bed and a double sofa bed. Large wardrobe, spacious bathroom, access to a shared balcony.
It's a pity that the first days of the trip we lived in another hotel. I liked it more here!

An ideal budget, but very high-quality location in the very heart of Yerevan, among expensive hotels and the best restaurants. Republic Square is a 5-minute walk away. Good beds, pillows, linen, plumbing. Just fantastic breakfasts on the roof, overlooking Ararat. There is an outdoor part and a glazed veranda. Quiet music, everything is cozy. 100% recommendation.

The hotel was recommended to us. Located in the center of Yerevan, Republic Square is a 3-minute walk away. The staff, starting from the reception and ending with the maids, are very friendly, polite, and all speak Russian well. The room is spacious, beautiful view of Ararat from the balcony of the room, the room was on the 14th floor. On the 15th floor there is a huge outdoor breakfast terrace with a wonderful view of the city and Mount Ararat. The breakfasts are hearty, delicious, everything is fresh. We were very satisfied.(they were in early July 2022).

The hotel is on fire! The rooms are clean, new, and cozy. And what views from the terraces are a delight!

I liked the hotel, a great view of the city, a gorgeous shared terrace. The breakfasts are simply delicious. The room was cleaned every day. Friendly staff. The bed is just MEGA huge!!! With good bed linen and a high-quality mattress, it was incredibly sweet to sleep here. One of the disadvantages is the constantly working noisy ventilation in the toilet. In the room in the evening, the battery was bubbling (the air was not deflated) We talked at the reception for 2 days in a row, no one came to solve the problem. We managed it ourselves in the end

I booked a deluxe room, arrived, they charged me at check-in, without saying a word about anything, they took it, as it was in the booking for a deluxe room, I go into the room and realize that either the expectation-reality is so different, or the room is not de luxe. They stupidly settled in the standard, to my question - what kind of deception? The guys smiled very friendly, returned 3 thousand rubles, allegedly the difference in the cost of living, referring to the fact that they have different prices now, and I booked 1.5 months in advance, and not now. They said that they had a failure, they have 25 numbers, what kind of failure can we talk about? In Russia, this is called not a failure😅
This is about how they deceived us at check-in, now about the hotel.
The hearing is terrible, that is, when a person plugged a charger into the socket in the next room, I kept hearing the doors closing in the bathrooms of the neighbors, I hear the music playing (playing softly, not loudly), I hear.
Yes, there is a view, but this is the same view, or rather better, you will see on any excursion outside Yerevan, breakfast is usual.
I recommend not to book this hotel, if there are a lot of alternatives.

Tiny rooms, with peeling plaster. The balcony is generally terrible. The paint on the walls is cracked and has fallen off in some places.
The bathroom is tiny, you can't turn around in the shower.
The toilet seat is broken.
The doors are locked with a strange lock (there are no cards).
The breakfast is so simple that I had to go to a cafe.
The view of Ararat does not compensate for this at all.

A great hotel in the very center! The only inconvenience is that you need to travel between floors. They will settle on the 2nd, breakfast on the 15th, but it is a roof and if you are lucky with the weather, you will see Ararat. The coffee at breakfast is tasteless. Also, at the reception they immediately said that they were not responsible for the things in the room. I had to leave my laptop at the reception every day so as not to carry it with me.

I was here during the Christmas holidays in 2020. We were there for two days, booked for the sake of a gorgeous view from the roof. I took a room with access to the roof. We were lucky and Ararat looked out of the fog. In the morning, the trail of the day was crushed by the sun, we sat on the veranda drinking coffee and admiring Ararat. Thank you Armenia, thank you to the hotel. I am very happy with the trip.

This is an amazing Hotel in the very center of Yerevan! Everything is at the highest level, I have been to many hotels in Europe, none of them can be compared in terms of service, everything is clean, neat, cozy.There is everything from slippers, bathrobes to a teapot with cups. Beautiful view of Mount Ararat from the terrace, the city from the balcony. Delicious breakfasts on the terrace, outdoors with mountain views, delicious coffee. kind, helpful staff. in general, we were pleasantly surprised! We really liked Yerevan, the people, the food, and of course the 14 floor Hotel, next time we will definitely return there too)

The price! 25 thousand were declared, in the end they were paid in currency, although they were booked in Moscow, it turned out to be more expensive than 5 thousand! The settlement is terrible. We ordered a deluxe suite with a balcony, and a day later we won it back. The hotel itself is old, the renovation is so-so, there was no iron, although there should have been. For a price of 25, and eventually 30, there is a luxury Paris hotel nearby, with a price of 28
