We have stayed at this hotel 5 times in the last 6 months, one star for the convenient location (within a 10-minute walk there are two shopping centers with a huge selection of Turkish and world brands , a huge variety of cafes and food outlets, taxis to any attractions at an affordable price), the second star for the quality of the rooms (clean , modern ,comfortable beds, everything you need in the rooms is available), the third star for breakfast (buffet with a rich assortment of dishes and snacks, drinks and sweets, only you need to come early) And now why minus two stars: not a single check-in went without problems, then the rooms are not the same, then the room class is not the same as in the booking, then at the end of the eviction they bill for a mini bar that was not used and then there are proceedings for an hour, then the last time they did not check in at all for almost 5 hours (they say they see the payment on the site, but they did not arrive at the hotel account and say deal with the site on the Russian side , but they did not do anything themselves, only they constantly told us, let's pay in cash and as a result, allegedly not all the money came to them, that they did not confirm from the side of the "Island" and we were settled in rooms ,lower class by an order of magnitude .see the photo).Customer service at this hotel is completely absent from the word, and if there are problems at the hotel itself, then for some reason these become customer problems.As a result, no more steps to this hotel.

Small, cozy, clean rooms. A good breakfast. A good location, the embankment is located, shops, cafes are nearby, it will not be boring in the evenings.The Bakirki area is very modern.There are large shopping malls, as well as small shops.

Nice hotel. Cosy. Friendly staff. I don't understand the bad reviews about breakfast. The breakfasts are good here. There is a lot of everything and everything.
It is fashionable to get to the main attractions by taxi, asking to call him from the reception.
There are shopping malls, shops, and many cafes nearby. They sell the freshest baklava right across the street. You can take it with you as a hotel.

We lived for 4 nights. The room is large, but that's where all the advantages ended. The breakfasts are empty, there is no choice at all, there are no coffee variations either. The room smelled terribly damp all the time, where there was mold in the shower. The staff is friendly, but the hotel is for 3 people. It's not worth the money at all.

There is nothing to compare it with . In Istanbul for the first time. But the place definitely allowed you to relax, get some sleep. The breakfasts are fantastic. It may seem cool for someone.
