Everything used to be great, but the last visit was a complete disappointment. I ordered a shawarma with chicken, and instead of the normal meat, there was a "chicken patty" inside — something like nuggets. No one warned in advance about the replacement. When asked where the meat was, the staff at first assured that it was chicken, and then admitted that there simply was no meat. I used to go regularly, everything was fine. But after such an attitude — when a replacement is made without warning and they try to pass it off as the original — the trust has disappeared.

Gurman Doner is a place that pleases its visitors with delicious shawarma and friendly staff. The meat in the dishes is always juicy, the vegetables are fresh, and the sauce adds a special charm. There is a warm atmosphere here, and the staff is always ready to help with the selection and tell you about special offers. This place has become one of my favorites, and I am happy to recommend it to anyone who likes to eat delicious food and enjoy good company. Disgusting attitude towards customers. On 27.09, we bought a shawarma there, and there was no sauce inside. When they came to them with this shawarma and asked them to replace it, they added so much sauce that it was impossible to eat, and at the same time the cook was indignant, saying how little sauce was there for you, but there was nothing in the shawarma🤯 In the photo, the first shawarma that turned out to be without sauce. There are no complaints against the manager, she politely apologized and said they would redo it, but the cook behaved disgustingly, was indignant right in front of the client and, in addition, poured so much sauce that his stomach ached after eating🤮🤮
