Terrible Service and Incomplete Repair I brought my phone to Repair Factory because the screen was flickering and the battery was draining rapidly. The technician told me it was a simple screen replacement and quoted me a high price, which I agreed to, expecting quality service. The repair took over a week, even though they initially promised it would be done in two days. When I finally got the phone back, the screen still flickered occasionally, and the battery issue wasn't fixed at all. I returned to the shop, and instead of taking responsibility, the staff were rude and dismissive, insisting it was a "software issue" unrelated to the hardware. I took the phone to another service center, where they told me the screen used was a cheap aftermarket part, and the battery hadn't even been replaced. Complete waste of time and money. Avoid this place if you care about your device and your nerves.
