No food or water was offered for 8 hours. It is impossible to contact them, they ignore them completely! I strongly advise against contacting such a disgusting airline.

Lowcoster is a company, so don't expect anything special from it. Only water is provided on domestic flights. The food is normal for international flights. If the transfer is less than 1.5 hours and you have checked in your luggage, expect that he will not arrive with you.
