Recently, my brother and I decided to go to the Chinor Vaguri cafe — the place looks cozy and conveniently located, especially if you walk nearby. Expectations were high: the place was popular, the interior was pleasant, and the atmosphere was calm. But, unfortunately, the kitchen disappointed us. We ordered vaguri and giz, which we especially hoped for. The meat turned out to be tough and dry, as if it had been over-heated or heated at the wrong moment. Not juicy, not fragrant, just coarse and heavy on the stomach. At the same time, the prices are like in a good restaurant, but the quality, alas, does not match. We were expecting a delicious lunch, but in the end we left a little upset. The service was normal — the waiter was polite, but overall the impression was not saved. What can be improved: The quality of meat is the main "feature" of the establishment. To review the pricing policy is too high for such a level of supply. A little more attention to detail — even simple dishes can be served deliciously if you put your heart into it. Conclusion: The cafe is not bad, but personally our experience was unsuccessful. The rating is 3 stars: for the cozy atmosphere and the opportunity to chat calmly, but there was no desire to go again. I hope they will reconsider their approach to the kitchen in the future, because the place has potential.
