Excellent location in a quiet location. The rooms are cozy, warm and clean. There are no foreign odors. Cleaning and towel change daily. Comfortable beds. Good water pressure and fast draining. Delicious, varied and hearty breakfasts. We booked on the recommendation of friends and did not regret it.
The disadvantages are minor, but perhaps they are fundamental to someone: the audibility of the neighbors is high, the shower stalls are cramped, and bathing is problematic for the obese.

Of the advantages, there are definitely breakfasts and polite staff!
With everything else, so to speak, there is something to work on.
There is no kettle in the small rooms, although there are cups for tea. There is no cooler in the hallway either. There are few outlets in the room, it will only be enough if one person lives in the room. There is no chest of drawers for things, only a wardrobe for outerwear.
The guys have something to strive for.

Very thin walls, audibility in the rooms is not as comfortable as possible. The TV is small, NOT smart, the door is on the key in the old-fashioned way. The floors are cold, there is no carpet, respectively, and there is no dust. Everything is clean, without complaints, the maid works conscientiously. The administrator is customer-oriented, suggested the best option for settling in. The location is very convenient. Everything is great except the lack of smart TV

This is definitely my favorite hotel in Astana now. It is very quiet and peaceful, we had a good night's sleep from the road. The room is clean and cozy, the bed is comfortable. The breakfasts are simply excellent! Very polite and friendly staff 🤗 Thank you for your service 😉💕

Nice and cozy hotel! The wallpaper in the room is beautiful, it was spacious and clean! The only disadvantage is there is no sound insulation between the walls! The staff is friendly and very caring! At the reception, the girl even lent me her jacket, because it was cold that day, and I was lightly dressed, but I wanted to see a new square! And they also warmed up my own food and brought it to my room! The owner is very friendly and went watering himself! I went to the May holidays in 2017!

I'll start with the pros, there aren't many of them. These are great breakfasts, different every day and one serving for two people. A very nice woman who cooks them. There are shops, cafes nearby, I liked the Spar store, they took ready-made food there. Of the cons, the room has a very dim light and in the bathroom too, the girls will have to make up standing at the window, there is no bottled water in the room and an access point on the floor, they bought the water themselves, there is also no kettle, they asked then, although there are glasses and cups. In general, the furniture and repairs in the room are tired. The towels are grey, although they were changed every day, this is a plus. Garbage is also cleaned every day. They ran out of soap and toilet paper, they didn't bring it, they didn't ask for it, it was all their own. The bed linen is crumbling from old age and most importantly, all the sights are located at a distance of about 4 km from the hotel.

Excellent hotel, in the center of Astana (on the sleeping side of the Ishim river). Near the Republic street with many shops, within walking distance of the embankment and the Arbat. 24-hour front desk. Very thoughtful interior. The room is clean and beautiful. The mattress is very comfortable. The staff is responsive and polite. We checked in at 12 at night, and considering that we needed to spend 2 nights, we paid the cost not for 2 days, but for 1.5. Excellent value for money.

The hotel is very cozy, the staff is friendly and courteous. The rooms are spacious enough, cleaning is done daily. The breakfasts are plentiful and delicious for an additional fee. Everyone speaks Russian, the location of the hotel is very convenient, close to shops, banks, an exchange office, a transport interchange. I had a very pleasant experience.

I drove in without reservation, I was lucky that the room was free, we prepared it literally in 40-60 minutes.

But it's too cramped :) It is extremely difficult for two people to turn around in a room on the ground floor, let alone sit comfortably and drink tea. There is also no kettle in the room, you need to ask for it at the reception.
When we lived on the ground floor, there were no problems with the Internet. On the second floor, he periodically either slowed down or turned off.

Great hotel. I travel for work, and the main and only desire is to get enough sleep. Everything you need in the room is there, quite quiet, the renovation is fresh, the linen and mattress are excellent. The staff is super. Do you dream of getting enough sleep? To stay at home?
