Mengers I made an appointment for my seal u dmi car from BYD a week ago. 2-2:5 In the afternoon while making an appointment, I was informed that I needed to pick up no later than 10:00 in the morning on 26.12.2025, an appointment was given to me at 10:00 in the afternoon, it was to be delivered at 2:00 in the afternoon, so I waited to pick up my car at 2:40 late, they took my car for service and delivered it at 5 o'clock, they said they had only done the hood lock of the car, but when I took delivery of the car, I saw that the hood lock had not been done, and also my car had not been washed, why didn't you wash my car when I asked, they said it was late, the people who had already registered were the kind of people who would not be liked if they were a sullen son, I can't understand how a company like Mengers allocates these people for customer acceptance. This is the first time I have encountered such a disgrace in terms of services in my entire life
