A good hotel, or rather, the best in the city. In general, if you live in Dushanbe, but in Hayat. The staff is well done, friendly, helpful. Fried eggs are delicious. Of the minuses, it is only worth noting that for many years the hotel has become "tired". And the repairs are already worn out, it is clear that they were built a long time ago. And this carpet is seasoned, and has absorbed the smells of all the guests and their hotel adventures.

Not a bad hotel, everything is convenient. Edible breakfasts, polite staff. Probably the best hotel in Dushanbe. Everything is arranged. The spa is on the level - we did an excellent massage.

A modern, beautiful, conveniently located hotel with normal service and courteous staff who responds quickly and professionally to requests.Wonderful view from the panoramic windows (especially from the upper floors).I am very pleased with the presence of a large number of Russian TV channels.A wonderful restaurant with a varied menu.The only remark:The breakfast buffet corresponds rather to the 4 star hotel in terms of the variety of dishes.

The breakfast is very poor and sometimes shameful: there are very few fruits, the peaches are rotten. The staff is trying, but untrained. They don't know Russian and English well. The hotel is a bit dirty, the bar has stopped being visited by guests, this is also a sign!

Excellent Hyatt hotel , everything is in the room , delicious breakfast , elevators are working , malatenza towels and malata bathrobes are in the room.great view from the window, the only drawback is the complicated light switches I overdid with them.

I've been to several hotels in this chain, I put this one at 4. Among the disadvantages are very poor breakfasts, which are very different for other Hyatt hotels and very weak wi-fi. I won't stay here anymore, I've looked at another hotel where my friends are staying.

I had a chance to stay at this hotel. I agree with the opinion of some reviewers - there are a lot of flaws. From suddenly turning on the light and weak water pressure to a modest and sooooo expensive kitchen. There are questions about the maids. If there are things on the bed, then they do not need to be touched. Instead, it would be good to wipe the floors.
In general, a really beautiful view of the mountains, working sockets, bottled drinking water, lighting of everything and everything, a comfortable bed, the number of cupboards and drawers is quite acceptable for a 4-star hotel, but certainly not 5.
A good gym and a swimming pool. There are no complaints.
But the restaurant is not the strongest place of this hotel. If it hadn't been for the cheerful chefs Suman and Zainab, who made our morning warmer, more colorful and delicious, it would have been possible... hug and cry. Thank you girls for trying so hard for us. You are super!
Summary - the hotel performs its functions. I recommend it!

The service is zero!!! Nothing is ever available. Tajiks do not understand what service is in an expensive hotel. They can't solve a single issue, there is a queue of dissatisfied guests at the reception all the time! It's bad!

A very beautiful and large hotel in our city! The Hyatt Hotel is one of the most common hotels in the world! And everything is on 5 stars. It's just not predictable,
the safest thing is the guards and consultants, too, in the sense of not bad. The doors are always open for guests. I wish you a long year of work and a lot of success to your employees, and all the best!
