The previously good store has become just terrible. The product specifications on the website do not correspond to reality. The consultants do not know their product. Based on the discrepancy, I issued a refund of the purchase. Not only did the sellers search for my application for a very long time, they called somewhere for instructions on what to do, but they were also rude. In general, I don't set foot here anymore and I don't recommend it to anyone.

Where does the 5.0 rating come from in this store??? Are they screwed up??? on February 27, I went to this store to buy A23 finger batteries (at that time I did not know their exact name). I know that they are finger-shaped, the smallest. Previously, there was a showcase with batteries near the cash registers in the store, you could safely choose. Now all the batteries are located behind the cashier's back. And with poor eyesight, it's a little difficult to see the product. Well, I guess it's okay, there are consultants for that. But that was not the case. I asked the cashier's girlfriend (I don't know her name, she worked on 02/27/2026 around 6 p.m. at 6:15 p.m.-6:30 p.m.) to show me the smallest fingers!!! batteries for wireless calling. To which the girl asks me again: I repeated to you "pills" Once again that I need FINGER-sized batteries. The girl turns to the product, takes it off and hands it to me.!!!!! batteries. The question is, HOW does this seller even work if she can't tell the difference between finger-sized tablets and even more so from square ones?????? Okay, I decided to try my luck again. I asked the consulting guys, who huddled together, discussed very important pressing issues. To which I was told that I should contact the girl at the checkout (this is the one who does not see the difference). I explained the reason, and after that, one consultant, with a dissatisfied look, strayed from this flock and went with me to the checkout, explaining along the way that he did not know much about batteries, he needed to know the exact name!!!!!!!! Why, explain to me, why do consultants exist in the Electrosila store at 5 Glebki St. if they are not competent in any matter???? And if you have your own consultant for each product, then hire a battery consultant. I could not buy elementary batteries in this "wonderful" store.
