We agreed to the film, pasted it on. They immediately stuck it with bubbles, but warned that they should resolve within two hours. After about an hour, we discover that the film is pasted crookedly, while it does not fit the size of the glass from the word at all (about 20% of the screen area was without film). In addition, this film had a cutout at the top for the speaker, which is not needed at all for the 16 pro, since the speaker is located on the upper edge, not on the screen. As a result, in fact, this film is not suitable for this phone model, and we were not warned about this at all. Neither about the cutout, nor about the fact that there will be bare glass on the sides along the entire perimeter with a width of about 3 mm. We came to the salon to collect the money. They said it directly and explained the reason. A consultant named Alina Torchik (I'm sorry if I misspelled my last name) started freaking out, showing her displeasure with the fact that we didn't like the film and the way it was pasted on. And the most peaky part of her behavior (except for the raised tone) was the phrase "You would immediately say that it's expensive for you and wouldn't do it."
