There are no complaints about the bank's products in general. Very few ATMs are available around the clock. There are 2 such in Astana - Abaya 33 and Syganak 58. Abaya does not work on Sunday. The ATM on Abai was not refueled for two days. If you want to withdraw more than 2 million tenge from the bank's cash register, then you need to order money a few days in advance. The limit from the card per day is 2 million tons. The transfer limit from card to card per day is 1 million tons. I took off the star for non-operational loading of the ATM.
