A great hotel for a relaxing and comfortable stay! The first thing that strikes is the well–groomed territory and direct access to its own clean beach with small pebbles. The room was spacious, with modern furniture and was cleaned daily. The all-inclusive meals were very diverse: always fresh fruits, vegetables and an excellent selection of hot dishes. The SPA area is worthy of a separate visit: a clean, modern hammam and a relaxing massage. The staff is polite and attentive. In the evenings, it is pleasant to stroll along the embankment next to the hotel. A great place to disconnect from the hustle and bustle and fully recover.

The hotel completely failed to meet expectations. The Internet is intermittent— which is critical for me because I needed to be in touch. The food is monotonous, which is strange for the ultra all inclusive format. Alcohol is mostly local, with a minimum of imported drinks. The area looks poor: there is very little greenery, the beach is far from luxury level — ordinary and not at all impressive. The gym is in the basement, and the main restaurant looks like it's at a cheap Turkish wedding: the chairs are covered with gold ribbon, and the style is completely uncomfortable. The price of the hotel is only 10% cheaper than Rixos, but the level of service and atmosphere is much worse. I didn't like the rest at all, the hotel doesn't justify itself for its money.

A wonderful spa complex. A professional, polite and responsive team. Any procedure will be tailored to your wishes and needs. All services are top-notch. I would especially like to mention the massage. I took a 1.5 hour massage, every muscle of the body was worked out. It perfectly relieves tension and muscle spasm, gives strength, and improves mood. We visited this hotel in February 2004, there are very few Russians - mostly wintering Germans. The territory is small but very convenient access to the yarn of the hotel, 1st coastline. This hotel has really delicious food and variety. Often everything in hotels seems bland despite the variety, but here the food is delicious. And for vegans, meat eaters and sweet tooth).

I still didn't have time to write a review. We flew in early June for 8 days, we had an ultra all inclusive. The food was delicious, every evening for dinner there was an additional dish, I don't remember on what days, but there was a large tuna, lamb, beef, turkey, beef ribs, and sea products (crayfish, small crabs, shrimps, and other sea creatures), the food was certainly varied, lots of Turkish sweets, delicious buns. They made all kinds of smoothies. But as soon as our trip came to an end, which meant that the season was starting, there were more people, and we started saving a little. They gave us a room on the ground floor, you open the balcony, and the generator is rattling and humming, they had some problems with the light, but we went to the reception and they moved us - though to a room for the disabled, well, at least it was quiet there. The beach is cool, the sand is clean, the sea is not so hot, great! There aren't many people in early June! The hotel itself is beautiful, the cocktails are delicious for a tip)))!!!! Adult and children's water slides, In general, you can return! The contingent is elderly Germans, but the hotel is family-run, with many families and many Russians, our child disappeared with friends! And there was a delicious kebab on the beach at the bar! And in the morning, ayran is the very thing!!!

By the will of fate... due to a mistake by the tour operator, they ended up in Diamond Beach instead of Diamond Premium. The lack of reviews since the age of 21, of course, was very annoying. At the reception, they reassured that the hotel was renovated, 99% of the guests were German pensioners. We paid 100 bucks extra for 10 nights and got a family room. Of the pros: the rooms are clean, cleaned well, sound insulation, Wi-Fi catches everywhere in the building, they feed for slaughter, there are no queues. Of the minuses, Germans smoke everywhere, all shows and evenings are in German. In the neighboring Alva Donna, children have rotovirus. There are almost no children here, the pools are not heated. Of the minuses: to go to the sea in the hill, from the sea again in the hill. There is a shuttle service, but it is very strange. The water on the beach is cold - the river flows in. We went swimming on the beach on the right. The hotel has no territory. After 10 pm, the Germans drink alcohol, smoke and play cards. For every taste! The service in the restaurant is no worse than in premium hotels. Masks in front of the restaurant entrance, desinsectors everywhere. The majority of vacationers are Germans. I haven't seen a single drunk or violent person. They settled in as soon as we arrived, and it's at 9 am! The room was washed and cleaned every day! The bed was changed every 3 days. Towels are all provided daily. It's not a stressful way to the beach. I was a little confused on the first day that the entrance to the sea is to the left. But the entrance to the sea itself is great! Compared to more expensive hotels! Our guide Sonmar Alyona is simply unreal! We were out of season - in early March. The hotel is beautiful, cozy, the rooms are clean and spacious. The food is excellent, varied, only our traditional cereals for breakfast were missing :) Pools with sun beds - everything is as it should be. Excellent spa (!), the manager speaks excellent Russian, massage at a high level (the first session is free), a very pleasant warm pool. The beach is 5-7 minutes away, the beach is very pleasant - sand. Of the minuses: there is a noticeable "bias" towards the Germans in the service, and the Germans (although not at all young people) behave sooooo loudly, but no one makes comments to them.

What I definitely do not recommend doing is visiting the spa at the hotel, and especially going to the Russian "master" Alyona, we ordered a classic massage, I was immediately surprised that the master did not ask what intensity I prefer massage (although in normal spas this is a common practice), also whether there are any complaints or painful places, there was only the question was asked which massage was ordered, then she only said that she would do as she knew best, and then the trash began, because the master pulled the unheated muscles and continued to do it even after saying that it hurt. After the end of the session, instead of letting me lie down and get up (in normal spas they always give me five minutes to lie down and the master leaves the office), immediately this Alyona began to load me with the fact that there are some terrible back problems that can be fixed only with 10 sessions, of course. After the massage, my back and arms immediately began to ache, the pain lasted for 3 days. The food is generally varied, but in the second week it gets boring, it takes 5-7 minutes to walk to the sea, but uphill, the beach is very crowded, but well equipped - and a shower, and a bar where you can have lunch, and a toilet. There are a lot of Germans and foreigners in the hotel, but everyone behaved culturally.

The reviews are customized. The hotel is terrible. A dumpster and a barn. The rooms are dirty, smelly and old renovation. The hammam and the sauna are terrible. The food is disgusting. There's always a queue and it's dirty everywhere. The service is at zero. The sea is 1 km away. 10 min walk. All goodies and entertainment are paid. No anime. And the show. Alcohol is under 12 and there is little choice. The result is simply terrible. The dishes where all this is poured as if from waste. The hotel itself is good, but it does not reach 5, 4 more. The first room, which was given on the ground floor, was not bad, but one significant thing, "but", you can't open the window, because the fan was constantly working outside next to the window and making terrible noise. At the reception, until he threatened the administrator, they did not want to change, there were no available rooms, after bickering, they were given. Room 1307, under the roof, small family room, two small rooms. Not bad, but the air conditioners are dirty, they could have been cleaned, 5 anyway, the paint in the room peeled off in some places, I noticed voltage drops in the network throughout the hotel a couple of times. On the last day, the pipe in the bathroom flowed, but we were already leaving, it was not up to that. I didn't like the work of the hotel staff especially - all the staff bends under the Germans, but of course they have euros, they don't see all other nationalities at close range. For Germans, the rooms are better, the service in the bar and restaurant is better, maybe then it's not worth selling vouchers to this hotel for Russians. On the day of departure, an incident occurred, just egregious, at the reception we were charged three dollars for orange juice, which we purchased at the restaurant and had already paid for, that is, repeatedly. The guide Anna from Anex, who was escorting us to Antalya airport, heard about this, just kept silent and got on the bus. Pros: warm sea, sunny weather, delicious food in the restaurant, round-trip flight on time.

There are problems with the Internet all the time. 1.07 leaving the shower, a glass door fell on me. (Breaking ties)(multiple cuts)On the 3rd floor, a heated towel rail fell on the child . There were no elementary "sorry" on the part of the hotel. Neither my family nor the family of the injured child (by the way, he has a concussion)I ended up in the hospital. The food is terrible, the hotel is not up to three. Russians are settled with a view of the pool-----slotting with Turkish matives all the time. Beer is poured into plastic for Russians---- for Germans in glass. The Germans are just being licked in the ass here. The beach at this hotel is a strip of land 15 meters wide, next to a rotten stream. Don't believe the good reviews. They seemed to be written by hotel staff or people who had never been anywhere at all. Pay extra and fly to Cyprus. Money is wasted. Photos with rooms on the hotel's website are fake.
