I'm crazy about Samsa! Well, where it is cooked best, of course, in Uzbekistan. They brought us to 109 Kakandskaya Street, pointed the finger at you there. In the house on the ground floor, white smoke poured out of the open gates and the alluring aroma of baking samsa wafted all around. There was a small queue stretching towards this hearth, where we joined. But the people politely explained to us that there is a cafe in the courtyard where you can sit down at a table. The cafe is quite large, with two halls. We sat down at the table, the waiters quickly came up to us and quickly took our order. Since I am madly in love with this dish and have tried a great many, I can say that this place prepares such a samsa that you will never be able to forget! There is no such thing in Moscow, that's for sure!
