Great hotel and very high quality service. A lot of personnel also speaks Russian, which is cool if you’re Russian speaking family, especially with kids. I personally loved 🥰 the breakfast and the rooftop swimming pool. Definitely recommend this place and hopefully will be back here next year

The hotel itself was very pleasant, clean, spacious rooms, fast elevators, a good varied breakfast. But the service staff smeared excellent impressions of the hotel. We asked the Russian-speaking girls at the reception (specifically from Daria) to call us a taxi to Abu Dhabi, while clarifying several times that it was on the counter (state). We were assured that this would be the case. As a result, a Pakistani man sitting at the door of the hotel was engaged in calling a taxi, the taxi waited a long time and a representative from Iran appeared, who demanded 50 dirhams from us, despite the fact that the price was initially set for us as fixed. By the way, when checking in, the Russian-speaking girls did not notify us about the full range of services provided by the hotel, specifically that the hotel provides beach towels and umbrellas. I lowered my grade because of this. The location is excellent, near the metro and a lot of restaurants and shops.

We came for 4 days, just to visit the shops. The overall impression of the hotel is not bad. There are many Russian-speaking staff. The location is convenient for shopping - the Emirates Mall is within walking distance, and there is also a bus from the hotel. You can also take a city bus to the outlet. We took a taxi, 40 minutes on the way. It's a 15-minute drive to the beach, as well as to Dubai Marina.
The food is modest.
There was fish for breakfast once, but on other days only sausages and sausage. Porridge, pastries, eggs, greens, everything is standard. They try to diversify the dinners with themed evenings. But without any special frills. The meals are on the menu, the taste is fine.
The rooms are clean. The pool on the 6th floor is small, there aren't many sun beds either, and it probably won't always be possible to find a free one during the season. The gym has the most basic things.

Greetings to all. 2 adults and 2 children (7 years and 11 years old) had a family vacation from 05.10.2024 to 12.10.2024. We arrived at the hotel at 9.00 a.m. we were immediately checked in. The hotel is really cool, the rooms are clean, everything is fresh. The hotel staff is great, there is also a Russian-speaking staff (girls have a lot of respect for you). There is a tea station in the room (family), two liter bottles of water (if you run out of water, do not hesitate to call or ask at the reception, they will bring you water in a moment, you do not need to pay anything). The room is really big. I recommend taking dinners in addition to breakfasts. Every evening dinner is held in a buffet format, but with different cuisines of the world: on Saturday international cuisine, Sunday Indian (to our taste, an island), Monday Russian, Tuesday Italian, Thursday I don't remember, Wednesday Arabic, Friday Asian. Desserts are delicious in the evening!!! You will definitely stay well-fed and satisfied, as our fastidious children also liked it very much. Everything in the hotel is conducive to a relaxing and comfortable stay. There is a shuttle service to the beaches: there is a marina beach, there is a Jumeirah beach (next to the parus hotel). There is also a transfer to the Emirates mall. Mashrek metro station is nearby, very convenient as it was used regularly. The hotel is 10 out of 10. If I go to Dubai again, it will be to this hotel.

A great option to stay in a city hotel in the Al Barsha area. There are many restaurants and shops nearby, and Mall of Emirates is a 10-minute walk away. I really liked the hotel. The room is large, a huge bed, awesome bed linen, there is a paid minibar, two liters of water, tea and coffee are provided free of charge.The hotel smells very good. I liked everything very much. We were greeted by a very friendly Russian-speaking staff at 6.30 am and fed. Special thanks to Alice and Ali, they always answered your questions and helped.
The rooms are very clean. Tea, coffee, water are all in the rooms, everything was brought new every day. Room cleaning, bed linen change every day.
The food is very diverse. There is a lot of local food, and international dishes are also available. You will never stay hungry.
The pool is open until 7 pm, this is the only minus)
The ratio of the price and the rest received is 10 out of 10. We are from the Crimea ourselves and for the money that we rested here, we will not have a rest)

Great hotel. I was in it for the first time. The most important asset is dinners. Beyond praise. Every day of the week there is a new dinner theme. My favorites are Italy and Asia)). The pool is small, but there is enough of it, there is not a lot of pandemonium. There is a hammam and saunas, but to be honest, I never got to them.
The location of the hotel is far from the beach, there is not much to walk around. And, in principle, there are problems with footpaths and parks. But the Mall of the Emirates is close. The hotel staff is very polite, it's nice. There are a lot of Russian staff, so there are no problems for those who do not know English. They are cleaned daily.

There were 7 days. Family room, 2 double beds and a single bed, room size 68 m.

Nice city hotel. We rented a car, so we drove to the beach ourselves. The food is super, varied, delicious. We took breakfasts and dinners. There was not enough cooler on the floor, but the water is changed at the call at the reception, 2 bottles are put on the day, and there are 4 of us, but more were brought on the call.
They give beach towels and umbrellas, which is very convenient. And for some reason there was no coffee machine and boiling water for tea for breakfast, but they bring it on request..but it was easier to put a machine gun and not carry it to everyone.

A wonderful hotel in the center of Dubai
My first trip to Dubai. The hotel was chosen for a long time, as we had never stayed in the city center before (we always went to hotels on the first line by the sea).
And after 8 nights of rest, I can safely tell you about this hotel:
1. THE HOTEL STAFF. I will highlight them as the first point, since all the staff of the hotel is WONDERFUL!
-CLEANING: at the highest level. A nice young man came every day (we asked to clean every other day, as every day was too much. Because they cleaned very well). He constantly brought new water. Linen and towels were changed on a regular basis. Thanks to him for the cleanliness in our room!
-RESTAURANT STAFF: the waiters of the hotel are as customer-oriented as possible, polite, always come up and ask if everything is OK and if something needs to be brought, take away empty plates on time. Chefs also cook by hand to order (very tasty). The cleaning staff carefully monitors the cleanliness of the floor.
-RECEPTION: friendly, beautiful and friendly receptionists who meet you at the entrance and who are ready to solve all your questions. We were met by the administrator Daria, a very pleasant (Russian-speaking) girl.
We arrived early and were already at the hotel around 8-9 in the morning. Leaving our suitcases and belongings at the hotel, we walked to the nearest mall. Closer to 12 they returned and we were immediately settled.
2. THE ROOM.
I was pleasantly surprised. We lived in room 423 (4th floor), superior. Huge bed, panoramic windows, TV, iron with ironing board (free of charge), hair dryer (free of charge), safe (free of charge. But we didn't use it). The mini-bar is paid (prices are indicated on the price list in the room). Of the free drinks, only 2 liter cans of water are refilled daily or on request. Shower cabin and bathtub. Powerful air conditioner. The smart home system (a very convenient story. At the touch of a button, you can turn off all lighting, set the "do not disturb" mode, change the temperature of the air conditioner, and so on. And all this without leaving the bedside table).
3. KITCHEN. We took breakfasts and dinners. This was enough even without snacks closer to lunch, as they ate too much at breakfast.
Breakfast: there are regular items, for example, scramble, Belgian waffles, pancakes, cheese tortillas, a large selection of cheeses in different versions, different pastries, desserts and much more. There were red fish several times.
Dinner: oooooh, it's even more wonderful with this. Because the hotel has a themed dinner every evening:
Monday - Russian cuisine (mimosa, beetroot salad, cutlets, olivier, herring under a fur coat, dumplings, dumplings, potatoes, etc.);
Tuesday - Chef's menu (you just have to try it);
Wednesday - Italian cuisine;
Thursday - Arabic cuisine;
Friday - Asian cuisine (by the way, delicious fish rolls. The moment when there is a lot of fish and little rice. I put a plus)
Saturday - barbecue on the roof (also, you just have to try it!). Grilled meat and seafood;
Sunday - Indian cuisine.
My favorite dinners turned out to be: the chef's menu, Russian cuisine and barbecue on the roof. The food here is VERY TASTY!
4. THE SEA.
The hotel does not have its own beach, but the hotel takes tourists on its comfortable personal transfer (bus) to Jumeirah beach (next to the hotel in the shape of a sail. We liked it more than other beaches. Since it is cleaner, fewer people and clear water) and the Mall of Emirates (it can be reached on foot in 5-10 minutes). There is a shuttle bus to the JBR Marina beach (I was there only once. It's very crowded. but! You can come by transfer just to walk around the Dubai Marina area and go to the Dubai Marina Mall, as we did. The area is very beautiful. Especially in the evening).
The hotel also provides towels and a beach umbrella (first you need to ask for vouchers at the reception, and then go up to the R floor. And there you will get vouchers exchanged for towels and an umbrella. When returning from the beach, change the towels and umbrella back to vouchers).
5. LOCATION.
Perfect! Near the metro station in 5 minutes walk, which is easy to find (red line. For the most part, the main attractions. We charged as unlimited for the day - 22 dirhams for each and you get an unlimited number of trips per day. Or one-time trips of 8 dirhams per person)
The Mall of Emirates (the one with its own ski resort Sky Dubai) is a 5-10-minute walk away. I recommend visiting this mall. They bought a lot of goodies in their grocery department. There are also a large number of different kinds of shops, cafes, restaurants nearby and there are several sports outlets. We also walked from the hotel to the Nike Outlet.
In general, the location of the hotel is definitely a big plus.
6. SHOPS.
The part described in paragraph 5. We managed to visit the Mall of Emirates (we walked there almost every day), Dubai Mall (we were there 2 times. We arrived by metro both times). Dubai Mall Outlet (we took a transfer from the hotel. This mall is far away. +-1 hour one-way drive due to traffic jams. It is worth considering this). Deira City Center (we took the subway. It is also far away, but you can also find something there). And Dubai Marina Mall (we reached it by transfer, which goes to JBR Marina beach).
7. BIRTHDAYS.
For my birthday, the hotel staff prepared a little surprise on the bed (see photo). And the employee who cleans the rooms congratulated me very nicely.
AS A RESULT, we are most SATISFIED with the choice of the hotel. I am sure that we will definitely return here (perhaps in February 2025). I will recommend this hotel to my family and friends. 10/10.

The location is excellent , the metro is within walking distance, 200 meters, very convenient. There is a shuttle from the hotel to the sea and the outlet.
The hotel itself is stylish, the rooms are beautiful and large.smart home management, tea station in the room.There are only 2 bottles of water in the room, there are no coolers on the floor or in the gym , this is a big minus for a 5 * hotel.
The staff is customer-oriented and professional, there are Russian speakers.
Pool on the roof, nice and viewable. Opening hours are from 9:00 to 19:00.
The food is excellent, we took HB. Every day there are dinners from different countries of the world.
I recommend the hotel , it is delicious , expensive and rich 😀

A very good hotel in terms of price/quality ratio. We have stayed there three times already. We took half board.
Positive:
- high-level cleanliness and service
- your transfer to Kite Beach
- they also take you to Jumeirah, but with a shared transfer (i.e. the bus goes around several hotels in the area and gathers people there too. Only after that he goes to the beach). But the Kite is much better than Jumeirah, as for me, so we only went by Kite.
- a 15-minute walk to the Mall of Emirates
- good and varied food
- the rooftop pool is for adults and a separate frog pool for children, along with a small playground. There is a children's pool and a playground in the shade, which is good in very hot weather.
- there are a lot of sun beds and umbrellas by the pool, there has never been such a thing that someone did not have enough space
- towels and umbrellas are provided when going to the beach.
- Mashrek Metro Station is a 5-minute walk away
Minuses:
- there is no park or playground nearby to take a walk with the children in the evening. There is a good Al Barsha Park, but it takes about 25-30 minutes to walk to it.

We stayed with a family of 2 adults and 2 children (9 and 12) in a family room. The room is lovely, a large king size bed and 2 separate beds for children. Everything is brand new and clean. Free drinking water in the room, bottles are updated daily, as well as tea and coffee.
The food is excellent, we took breakfast and dinner without regret, the dinner buffet is themed every evening, everything is delicious. I especially remember one evening the barbecue on the roof near the pool.
The staff is professional and friendly, there are Russian-speaking staff.
The hotel provides a shuttle service to the beaches, we liked the Kite beach, few people and clean.
Nearby is the Emirates Mall with a huge selection of shops for every taste and budget.
The price-quality ratio is 10 out of 10.

The hotel is super! I liked everything! The room is clean and comfortable, cleaning every day with replacement of towels. Separate bathroom and shower. Slippers, bathrobes, soap and soap accessories (except for toothpaste, but as we understood in Dubai, so in all hotels without toothpaste) are available. The room had tea, coffee, sugar for free, updated daily. The breakfast buffet is very varied, the choice is for every taste: from cheeses and sausages, to pastries and fruits. Transfers to two beaches with an escort in the form of an umbrella and towels. There were also transfers to 2 malls, but we did not use them. There are 2 swimming pools on the roof (one for children), a gym, free access everywhere. The staff is as customer-oriented as possible, speaks Russian, among other things.
But. The hotel was chosen next to the metro for fast travel. At the time of arrival, this metro station (Mashrek) it didn't work, and there was no information about it anywhere. We took a taxi, which was not part of our plans. During the stay, the neighboring metro station was used to move, fortunately it was not so far away, although in the heat it may not seem close to someone.
As a result of our stay in Dubai, it was the best hotel of all the hotels we used

We returned from this hotel yesterday. In general, he is very good. We only took breakfast, although they say that the dinners there are also very good. However, in my opinion, the hotel does not reach the top five. Solid 4+.
One of the advantages: convenient location near the metro and the Emirates mall. There are many restaurants around where you can have a delicious lunch and dinner. There is a shuttle service to 2 beaches and to the Dubai Outlet Mall. Russian staff who always helps. Large rooms.
On the downside: There are practically no View rooms. Some of the rooms overlook the interior of the hotel, windows to windows. Some of them are in parking lots or in the windows of other hotels. Part of the rooms (the entire ground floor)They didn't tell us that for smokers and when we checked in. But after our complaint about the smell, we were immediately relocated.
The breakfasts are quite good, they prepare omelets, tortillas, waffles and pancakes for you. There were even cheesecakes and dumplings, very tasty. But only sausages were made from meat, my husband wanted meat :)

The hotel is very nice, we stayed with a family, took two rooms. Cleanliness, friendly and helpful staff, lots of good delicious food. But there was one caveat. We decided to use the services of the hotel and buy a Safari tour from the Hotel. Without taking into account the price, we were deceived in two things:
1) I asked several times what year we would be provided with a car in the form of a transfer and for driving on the dunes itself. The man replied that there would be a Cruise in 2023. As a result, a 2002 model came to us…
2) We agreed to go to the Caravanserai restaurant after the Safari, it was included in the general fare, as a result we arrived at an unknown place, but in a completely different place. Let our guide assure us that this place is much better, but, firstly, the money was paid for the Caravanserai, and not for another place, accordingly, after reading about our restaurant in advance, we drove with the thought of it, and along the way we change the plan of action, it is unpleasant, and secondly We will no longer be able to check where it is actually better. According to my personal feelings, the place where we were is much worse than the Caravanserai that I was shown in the photos.
Otherwise, the hotel is wonderful, I recommend it

Excellent "five". Convenient location for a city hotel. Near the metro, it is convenient to go in any direction. There are many cafes and shops within walking distance. Emirates Mall is a 15-minute walk away.
There is a shuttle service to the beaches of Kite Beach and in the Marina area.
On the roof there is a recreation area with a swimming pool, a cafe and a hookah.
The breakfasts are very decent, there are several dishes or snacks on the menu every day. There were pies with meat, onion/egg and cabbage, pancakes and all that. I've seen a lot, but everything is really good and delicious here.

Gorgeous, everything is there, of course we had a view of the neighboring buildings, but still they clean THOROUGHLY every day, even the glasses are rubbed clean. And they also brought balloons and a normal cake on my birthday. The staff is good, there are both Russian and English. The gorgeous pool is suitable for swimming there, the depth is 1.60, the temperature was good. We visited hotels for the New Year, this is our second trip to this hotel. It's strange that the hotel doesn't compliment regular customers, after all, 5. The beach has changed, it used to be Kate Beach, who would have thought that the hotel would be changed To Jumeirah (naked beach) and lose. I had to walk from this beach to the previous one, which is about 3 km. In winter, more or less, I think it will be hot and impossible during the season. We lived on the 6th floor, the window overlooked the atrium of the hotel, and it did not cause any inconvenience, but please note that there is a swimming pool and it will be noisy for someone. the room cleaning is excellent. To the nearest metro station Al Barsha 10 -12 min walk. Mall of Emirates shopping center and metro station are 15 minutes away. On the roof of the hotel, the pool is quite decent and you can splash and sunbathe and breathe the breeze in the evening, you can order drinks and even something edible - I was satisfied with the burger. It was important for us to have a hotel with good access to the metro, horrendous breakfasts, a recreation area - a swimming pool and cleanliness. Everything worked! As a bonus - a view of the Sail from the roof. I recommend. Enjoy!

The hotel exceeded all expectations of all family members.
We rested for a week with a family with children + a sister and her husband at the end of March 2024.
The hotel has completely dispelled the myth that in Dubai you have to choose between location, comfort and delicious food. No compromise, everything is at the highest level.
Food:
Unexpectedly, I was very pleased, it corresponded to the good five in Turkey, namely:
- meat dishes, as in restaurants — the tenderest beef steaks, kebabs, fish, and in the assortment in one day. There were mussels.
- in addition to vegetables and greens, there were various salads — Georgian with Tabuli greens, with avocado and pickled meat, salads with shrimp, etc., all very aesthetically designed and based on high-quality ingredients;
- desserts are of our own production, natural, new and fresh every day (an indicator of the level of the hotel in principle). Even the purely oriental ones that you usually pass by, knowing that they are sugary, were fresh and not super sweet. Aesthetics and serving are at a height — in some kind of portioned boats decorated with blueberries and fruits...There were serving jars with chia seeds, just a delight. Several types of freshly squeezed detox fresh drinks in serving jars — carrot, beetroot, some more…
- fruits — besides the usual tangerines, oranges, bananas, watermelons, melons, pineapples, pears and apples, there were exotic fruits in abundance: lychees, mangosteen (I tried this sweet garlic for the first time), pitahaya, papaya. In the Emirates, you can find delicious ripe fruits in shops, this time everything was at the hotel ...
- the cheeses were all fresh, not over-salted, they were sticks in a sprinkle, black and white raffaelle balls inside with grapes.
- pastries, baby nuggets, etc., Italian pastas made to order with you…
- there was a fruit basket as a compliment in the room.
The location of the hotel:
- the metro is nearby, at 10-00 and at 11-00 a free transfer on a large, comfortable private bus takes you to the Kite-beach, picks you up at 15-00. The beach is new, modern, with showers and cafes, a non-congested coastline stretching for kilometers with an open sea (not coves, like at Marina or La Mer).
- At 11-05 (back at 14-30), you can go to Jumeirah Beach at Dubai Marina for free (a third-party hotel is lucky). A beach with a very developed infrastructure, a little overloaded — a bay like Anapa)

- all interiors are made of expensive, modern materials (wood, marble), complemented by oriental flavor.
- Four silent Misubi elevators with smart one-button call setup, waiting for arrival for a maximum of 15 seconds.
- they give towels and umbrellas to the beach (large, high-quality);
- the rooftop pool is pleasant, the sun beds are very comfortable, soft, and you can sleep). A hot sauna on the top floor.
- the staff is very friendly, smiling, trying to please, to make your vacation really pleasant and carefree. There are a lot of Russian-speaking staff. Special thanks to Daria, Anastasia, and Maria.
- the cleaning is very high quality, everything was updated, changed… We washed everything every day — you walk on the floors in white socks, but there are no traces on them).
- shampoos, gels of good quality, no allergies or irritation. There were shaving and brushing kits.
I definitely recommend the hotel. The vacation was a success, thanks to the hotel and its staff.

We chose this hotel for one night before returning to Moscow and were pleasantly surprised by the hotel. There are a lot of hotels we have stayed in and there is something to compare it with. This hotel will be among the top ten hotels in our rating. The service and maintenance are excellent. There are a lot of Russian-speaking staff. The family room is simply gorgeous. A large living room, a bedroom with a luxurious bed and a bed, a huge bathroom with a bathtub and a shower, a toilet and a bed and another separate toilet at the entrance. I'm not talking about the coffee machine, bathrobes, slippers and other things. It's all there. We only took breakfasts and they turned out to be just the most gorgeous. Both by choice and by the quality of the dishes. There was even ice cream for Viennese waffles. And I was also pleased with the rooftop pool, where you could relax before breakfast. In general, we decided to stay at this hotel again on our next trip to Dubai. Moreover, the location is very convenient. And the price-quality is generally a bomb. I recommend it!
