Today I applied for an extension of the OSGO to the office on Kirill Turovsky St., 18. In the rain I came to Promtransinvest, because for the last 10 years I have been insured only with them. I was refused because I didn't have a passport (a driver's license didn't fit them either), although the list of documents on the website states "passport, or another identity card replacing it". They offered to pay 2 times more expensive (without a passport). The lack of competence of employees is a bad advertisement for the company.
