I also work in trade, I moved from one product group to another, I understand that it is impossible to know absolutely everything, I understand that she may have recently been working. But she wasn't studying the product, she was recording voice messages. And my question could have been answered in a different way, for example, "just a minute, I'll look at it now," because it really takes a minute. Specifically, go to this employee only if you know exactly what you need and can choose for yourself. Conduct training if you want sales and positive feedback. And I will go to the store where I will be served with high quality. Thank you.
