Smilebus? More like crybus! terrible experience with them, having old buses with no Air conditioning when it’s more then 30 degrees outside… Amazing fun what else can u wish for

I booked a flight from Minsk to Rechitsa on 27.03. a month before the trip. The flight was canceled without any notification, although they had previously sent a notification about the need for confirmation. I had to urgently look for an alternative trip. The girl from the CC didn't offer anything. Please note that the lack of information about the need to confirm an order in the nth amount of time during its registration is a violation, as well as the lack of notification in SMS format or push notification in the application. Apparently MARCH didn't take over for you, but it will be your turn.

Good afternoon. I booked a flight from Minsk to Rechitsa a month before the trip. However, no notification, SMS, or call was received the day before the trip. At the same time, going in the evening to confirm the order, there was no such opportunity and the flight was canceled without notice. I remembered about the trip, but I wasn't aware of the confirmation system until 3 p.m. My plans were thwarted. The service is terrible, and the call center girl only offered to put me on the waiting list.
