Worst experience ever 👿🫣👿 I’m choosing this company because never used earlier. Broken wheel on my laggage on BOTH flights! No excuse, no call center or something to discuss this problem. Food is awful I can’t it it.
On board they don’t have tv but internet for fee (also unstable connected).
Disappointed ☹️ never will use again & of course never will recommend to anyone.

I fly with this airline often, but in September I came across a situation when the paid seat with an extended interval near the aisle in the middle of the plane was changed to the first row near the window, of course they didn't warn me, I didn't expect such a dirty trick, I didn't check the ticket at the counter, there was a surprise for me on the plane. Later, analyzing the situation, I remembered the faces of the employees who were fussing and could not make this exchange for a long time.
The flight was ruined, as the legs rested the entire flight on the rack that separated the business class, and could not go out into the aisle because it was not convenient to constantly lift neighbors nearby.
Previously, this has not happened with this company, now I will be more attentive and I want to warn other passengers that they need to remain vigilant.
