An amazing museum. Be sure to come in, the staff will share the history of creation, and tell you about interesting exhibits. It is located in the house of the creator of the museum, on the ground floor. Zarifa Salakhova is the director and founder of the museum, and has been collecting miniature books for 40 years. Admission is free. Good health and long life to the creator.

The museum is located in the Old City, it is very convenient to visit after the Shahinshahs Palace. The collection is huge, there are unique specimens. The visit is free of charge. There are always a lot of people, groups and single tourists go, but there is enough space for everyone. I highly recommend it.

If you do not want to hear aggression in your address, then I strongly do not recommend coming here!
The same owner insults the guests with the words that all the girls of easy virtue (to put it mildly) come from Russia and Kazakhstan.
Then she pointed at us tourists.
The mood and first impression is spoiled about a vacation in this city.

An employee at the entrance asked where we were from and offered to tell us about the museum. The owner, who was sitting on the right, heard that we were from Russia, rudely cut her off and said, quote: "You don't have to tell them anything, let them watch for themselves, prostitutes from Russia and Kazakhstan are tired."
They turned around and left, they didn't watch anything. We did not expect to find such piggishness here. A disgrace.

What was my surprise when I actually heard insults from the girls on behalf of the owner of this museum....a center, a tourist destination, and such behavior. Shame.

An unusual museum. It's worth going in, but the museum staff should definitely be asked to talk about the exhibits, very qualified people work there and tell interesting stories. It's not so interesting without a story.

A tiny museum, but so sincere. All the books are selected with a soul. Employees can tell you a little about the collection. It's nice. And there is also a whole shelf of books donated by St. Petersburg!
PS there is no air conditioning in the room.
PS2 museum is free

You know, sometimes you can relax and walk around a small museum.. the mini-books were very beautiful, the Polish books were the smallest, it was not possible to read them, they tried to work on Pushkin, many books from Russia were from him, those who want to relax and look at the books that we once read, I advise!

Hi!We were in Baku the rest of the day before the flight, I ran here.In the old town .The museum is curious, it is included in the book of records. You can watch it.He'll be surprised. The books are small, the first ones in a small format. It is necessary to look through a magnifying glass, placed by country, by the republics of the former USSR.Interesting.

I'm going to 5, but I ask the organizers to make a sale of any mini-books. After all, publishers are still selling miniature books. I think everyone would have bought a piece from the museum as a keepsake.

It is interesting and free on the old streets of Baku.
Where in a bright room you can meet masterpieces of printing art from different countries and of course there is a variety of boxes. There was something in the cosmos and in general I recommend going inside.

A great interesting museum where you can see books the size of a match head. The museum is free. When you exit, you can leave a donation to the museum, or you can not leave it, it's at your discretion. I don't remember exactly, but the work schedule seems to be from 11-00 to 17-00 and there is some kind of day off.
