I really liked the hotel: excellent rooms and the view from the rooms, very varied and delicious food, very pleasant service: they always opened the doors and asked if they could help, excellent room cleaning, very kind hostesses in the buffet restaurant and in a la card restaurants, and all the other employees of the hotel they were also very kind)
The sea is also very pleasant and clean, a convenient sandy entrance (the sea temperature was even sometimes too hot, but it purely depends on the weather).
We liked that the main restaurant has a system that each person is met and escorted to a specific table and then you can go quietly to pick up your own food and then you don't have to look for a table) although in the reviews, many, on the contrary, swore at it, that because of this it was necessary to wait a long time to enter. Yes, it happens that there is a queue for 5-10 minutes at the most active time, but it did not bother us)
Of the cons:
You can hear the construction work from the neighboring hotels on the beach and from the sea, but you can't hear it from the pools, because they turn on music there, which covers it.

Cozy hotel, delicious food, beautiful sandy beach.

Cons: there is a construction site nearby, which is almost inaudible. Externally, only cranes and the appearance of buildings under construction spoil.

I liked that if you leave the beach area, you can not occupy the sunbed with towels, as they do in most countries. Everyone goes to the beach at different times, maybe while you go out for lunch and nap, someone can stay on the beach :)

Excellent value for money. Clean pools, no rotavirus, which is valuable when relaxing with children. The hotel is not big, but there is no sense of a crowd from the word at all, there are always free sun loungers on the pool and on the sea. The rooms are large, I want to mention comfortable pillows and mattresses. All rooms have a sea view, take it from the 3rd floor and there will be a great view.
The rest is calm, but it may seem boring to someone, we rested together, it was wonderful.

We rest 2 times in this hotel. Great location right on the beach with stunning views of the sunsets. The rooms are clean, spacious and cozy, with balconies and terraces. The staff is incredibly friendly and always ready to help — from check-in to any detail. The beach is clean and well maintained, with comfortable sun loungers. I especially liked the cuisine: the variety of dishes and the quality of service are excellent. A great option for both family holidays and romantic trips. We will definitely come back again!

A very beautiful but very boring hotel.
On the plus side: everything is modern, stylish, premium cosmetics in the room, a pretty good buffet for the Emirates, especially delicious bread. The omelet is gorgeous for breakfast.
Of the cons: There is little meat and fish. We have never seen shrimps or berries! There are no freshly squeezed juices for breakfast, red fish appeared once - it is impossible to eat, it is too salty!
The hair dryer in the room is disgusting, old and dirty, who cares - it's better to take your own!
There is absolutely nothing to do. The territory is small, not for a walk. There's also nothing outside, you can't leave the hotel. Sadness is longing.... After dinner, as pensions in the room) children play board games right in the main restaurant after dinner - because apparently there is nowhere else and nothing to do.
There is no foot wash by the beach, two showers only. One toilet for the entire territory on the street!
Pool bar: there is a small list of all-inclusive cocktails, the rest is for an additional fee. Of course, free cocktails are nothing special) there are no snacks, there are no snacks! This is a full-board hotel, no more.
Rest is only for two, if you want to do nothing, just lie down and be quiet.

Everything is fine, there are only two disadvantages: 1) It takes a very long time to go somewhere from the hotel, roads with bad interchanges; 2) Ill-mannered children and their parents are very often present at the hotel for lunch and dinner. Yes, there is a construction site of a large apartment complex nearby, and there is no street with shops and cafes outside the territory. But the construction site was not noisy, I did not want to walk.

A very cool hotel!
The level of service is excellent. The rooms and grounds are clean and tidy. They clean twice a day and change towels every time. Swans are not twisted out of towels, for which special thanks.)))
The food is amazing. You can always choose something to suit both children and adults. Desserts are all different and delicious, fruits and vegetables are fresh and of high quality. There is always a choice of cheeses. Asian soups, noodles or pasta can be prepared in your presence.
The beach is cleaned regularly.
There is no such thing that someone took a lounger on the first line in the morning and left. Towels for those who have left are cleaned immediately. You can come up and take fresh ones at the beach and by the pool as many times as you want. You can also take cold water and drinks that are included in the all-inclusive system (cola, sprite, fanta, beer, 5-6 alcoholic or non-alcoholic cocktails.)
For the hottest period, you can take the children to the nursery, where babysitters will look after them and do various crafts with them or the children can play there themselves.
There is a room for older children with slot machines and a ping pong table and table football.
The staff is always friendly everywhere. There are several employees who speak Russian.

2. Location. There is nowhere to walk near the hotel, only if you take a taxi.
3. Air conditioning in the room. The temperature does not change manually. With each change, you need to call a separate master. Only he can change the temperature, through the whole system. Terribly uncomfortable! It was annoying.
4. A very difficult way from the sea to the room. The hotel is designed by cascades. And if it's not so difficult to go down the stairs in the heat, then it's a pleasure to climb up. We have to look for workarounds and walk through the corridors and open a lot of doors.
5. In the hotel, the locals constantly hold some events. This does not interfere much, but it is clear from the staff and attitude that it is a priority for local people. And you're just a passerby with an all-inclusive package...
6. We were without a child. And this hotel is well suited for a two-person holiday. For children, there is super little of everything. At the same time, 70 percent were with children. It was honestly stressful. I did not expect that such a huge number of small children would come to the hotel, where there is not much for children.
The hotel is suitable for one vacation. I probably won't come back here a second time.
But I want to return to the former Kempinski in Ajman once again. Which we will do.

We stayed at this hotel in 2024. It definitely doesn't pull 5 stars, no matter how you look at it. 4* with a huge stretch, and then probably 3+ still, read and you will understand why?
I regretted choosing him, honestly. And the resort itself is not about anything, I hope its development will develop as rapidly as other resorts, otherwise the rating will be even lower, because the hotel is on the outskirts and there is nothing nearby except the construction site at that time.
There are constant queues for breakfast, lunch or dinner, even if there are tables available. The service is frankly lame in all respects, the waiters don't remember anything and you can't wait for them at all, you had to do everything yourself. The question is, what are they there for? Basically, Thais are everywhere, and I'm sorry, except for a smile and a "neat" they are of no use.
There were a lot of unhappy Europeans who swore right in front of my eyes that Russians were just relaxing, especially those with children. In the end, the manager and the administrator ran around and sorted everything out at the end of our week-long stay here. By the way, check the dishes, more than once I came across a glass with a chip or a cracked plate (well, this is definitely not the 5* declared level).
Don't take a standard room with a sea view, it's not a view, it's just a mockery (first photo). Also keep in mind that in this hotel you will not be replenished with anything in the bathroom or tea/coffee unless you ask, and as far as I understand, cosmetics are not replenished in standard rooms (at least in 2024). We had a room on the top floor with a magnificent view of the sea and the fact that the cleaning left much to be desired and every day we had to ask to update what was finished. My patience ran out when everyone just threw everything I asked for at us and I went to the manager to reprimand my fi and the receiving party, that's when everything changed and became perfect! The question is, why bring it to this?
In general, I do not recommend it for holidays with young children, they will have nothing to eat here if they do not change the concept.
The 5* ratio is only for sheikhs and their families, who come for weekends mostly, that's where I saw the level! And for the rest, alas and ah ... let those who are treated with 5 * be put, and not the separation of sheikhs and poor foreign tourists (unfortunately, this impression was formed, although we lived on the same floor with these sheikhs).
We were taken back by a battered minibus and a guy who dropped us all off at the airport in the wrong place from where we were flying from (because he himself did not know where to drop us off at the huge Dubai airport) and the minibus looked like a minibus from 2000- it was the finish line...I thought there were no such people anymore and certainly not in the hotels of the declared class!
As it is, it's quiet, everything is very slow, and if you need a seal vacation without everything, you're here.

We stayed at the hotel from August 26 to 31, lived with a friend in a standard room. Everything worked, the rooms were new, water and towels were updated daily. Of the cons - the floors were not vacuumed very well, especially on the balcony - you could see the hair, and not your own)
The food was delicious and quite varied, but the service was very slow - it was easier to go for drinks yourself.
The beach is nice, well maintained, there is an opportunity to play volleyball and football. The pool is cooled, so you can safely survive the infernal heat there.
The main disadvantage is the lack of animation - in the evening and in the heat it was very boring and I had to entertain myself on my own.

And to sit down at a table, you will lose 10-15 minutes waiting in line for seating. It is difficult to wait for drinks during lunch and dinner, sometimes I have already finished and there are no drinks. When you want to take it at the bar on your own, they won't let you do that (they'll say we'll bring it now). Sometimes we couldn't stand it anymore and took it ourselves with a scandal.

I really liked the hotel! Fresh, modern, all rooms with sea views!, comfortable rooms (new plumbing, large comfortable bed, modern appliances and equipment). The food is excellent, unusual and delicious dinner on weekends!, fast service and very friendly waiters! A large swimming pool (cooled /heated depending on the season) and excellent sun loungers with large umbrellas (shade can always be found, for example, this is very important to me). The beach is large, white sand and the bay opens into open water (it is very important when it is hot and the water warms up to 40 C, it is still possible to swim in cool water (mainly in the early morning)))) I recommend it!
