When buying a set of two sofas and one armchair, they did not issue a receipt! None at all! Not a cash register! Not from the POS terminal! They brought a torn sofa! I immediately told the deliverers and the store staff that the sofa was defective! To which the store staff said we will send you a furniture maker, he will fix everything! Only I bought a new sofa, not a hemmed and patched one! A few days of silence from the store and only after a couple of employees texted: "are you at home? The furniture maker can come" And that's it. No one gave me a check and did not replace the sofa, the situation was simply left to chance, the customers are stupid and do not understand, only after this review an appeal was sent to the relevant government authorities to resolve the situation, since more than two months have passed since the purchase and no one even tried to fix the situation. P.S. There is a separate story about the delivery, TWO SOFAS and an ARMCHAIR were brought on the ROOF of a car, which will certainly affect the further service of the furniture, since all three furniture positions were stacked on top of each other and, accordingly, the weight of the load on the first sofa lying below was hardly acceptable. When buying furniture, I clarified that the entrance door opening was small, but the sellers assured that everything would fit, BUT when they tried to bring the sofas in, nothing fit, and they blamed me for not measuring correctly, although I am not a professional. I had to saw the corner of the door frame to place the sofa. For such a service, the deliverers took another 9,000 tenge "from above". In general, when buying furniture, be extremely careful and careful, the staff will throw all the blame on you, and if the sofa is torn, they will only offer to send a furniture maker and not the fact that he will help. And the receipt may not be issued, so be prepared for such surprises! The quality and American style of furniture is 10 out of 10. The service and quality of work of the store's employees is 0.001 out of 10!
