We were kicked off the bus at 10.45, 10/28/2024, which goes to the free kite Beach, and there is a biased attitude and they do not like Russians!!! Our room number is 5604, because we are Russians, and the administrator did not correctly book a free shuttle to kite Beach on his computer, we booked the time at 10.45, as a result we had to take a taxi for 67 dirhams, which is 1700 rubles. I am attaching screenshots
.The hotel administration refused to reimburse us for this! I advise you to make a confirmation screen when booking a shuttle to the beach that you have been recorded. Otherwise, they'll kick us off the bus, too. We were very disappointed and we do not recommend staying at this hotel for Russians!!!

We took a room with a view of the Burj Khalifa on the 61st floor. The view is amazing, although the windows from the outside are stained, we should wash them more often) the breakfasts are varied and delicious. Right at the exit of the hotel, 50 meters from the metro. The Dubai mall was generally walked to, if desired, and you can walk to the beach. But there is a transfer to the beach from the hotel twice a day and back too. Very convenient. The beach is great, clean water, sand. In general, the location of the hotel is very convenient

When buying the tour, we paid for an additional Merry Christmas dinner, for three of us a little over $ 120, considering that the tour was purchased according to the program: breakfast, dinner. As a result: on December 25, the dinner was ordinary, but, oddly enough, it turned out to be a festive lunch, which no one warned about. The hotel is not bad, but such nuances upset and spoil all the good impression.

We were in the Emirates. We stayed at this hotel. Since it was the 1st time, we were given a room on the 60+ floor with a view of the Burj Khalifa.
The breakfasts are good and delicious.
The hotel also has an outdoor pool, which is very cool.

I really liked the hotel! When checking in, they did not require a voucher, respectively, there was no torment with papers. The rooms are clean and tidy. I took accommodation with breakfast, I was satisfied with the food. Every day the food is the same, but there is a choice, it pleases. Quite tasty! Rested at the beginning of November 23. The hotel is no longer new, the elevators sometimes squeaked, while you go to your floor (and it squeaks) you can go crazy. A small pool on the 4th floor, there are naturally not enough places. The plus of the hotel is breakfast: red fish, porridge, you can order any egg dish and another plus is the location. There are no balconies in the rooms and the windows are insanely dirty!

Nice hotel . Nice staff . I stayed in this hotel for a week. Be prepared for the fact that Arabic cuisine is different from European. Not everything will suit you. The choice of food is varied, it was possible to change dinner for lunch without any problems, without warning anyone. Transfer to La Mer beach, supermarkets. We are resting now in this hotel. Upon arrival, they asked for a non-smoking room. As a result, the 37th floor. The room is for smokers, the carpet in the room is all soaked with smoking. There are no free types. The hotel has 65 floors! When booking, I was attracted by the fact that there is a transfer to the beach and pool on the 4th floor. Now the most interesting part!!! Transfer to the beach a small bus of seats for 15😭 for 5 days of vacation, there have never been any seats for 9 am. We were only at 12.00 to 17.00 this is the most hell at this time on the beach. Who wants to? We decided to sunbathe by the pool in the morning, came at 8 in the morning, took the sunbeds, went to breakfast, we come, we are told the sunbeds need to be booked in advance by the pool😡 where to book? Where is it written? Who warned you on arrival? In general, after long conversations, 3 sunbeds were left for us. My daughter and I went to bed, my husband went to the store. After half an hour, the manager comes up and says, your third sunbed has been empty for an hour! You can't do that, give it to the lady. It is impossible for the sunbed to be empty😭 in general, who hopes to swim in the sea or in the pool, you definitely do not go to this hotel. It's not the first time this has not been seen in Dubai yet.

We had a family vacation in June, everyone was scared that it would be sultry hot, you wouldn't be able to go outside, but it didn't scare us and we rushed and didn't regret anything.the temperature was 38 degrees, and the water was 26-27 degrees.the hotel also had its own shuttle that took guests to the beach.Excellent location of this hotel, in the heart of Dubai, 2 minutes walk from the metro, as well as 15-20 minutes from the Dubai Mall and fountains.
We had breakfast and dinner, it's certainly not 5 stars of Turkey, but everything is very delicious.

The first impression was spoiled by a Russian-speaking girl Maria-she behaves not as a service staff, but as the director of this hotel! We were given a room on the 37th floor, went in, and there at least hang an axe-a live smoke, and with us a child of 5 years! We returned to the reception and asked to change the room, we were offered the 21st floor without a view or refresh this room on the 37th floor (I think nothing will help him anymore).I had to pay extra for a higher and odorless room-$ 110.
The Burj Khalifa, the Persian Gulf, was visible from the window, but ALL THESE VIEWS WERE OVERSHADOWED BY DIRTY WINDOWS STAINED WITH BIRD FECES!
During the stay we visited different beaches, la mer beach took the last place in the rating-the water is very dirty, it was unpleasant to swim!
At the 4* Marina, the food was much tastier and more diverse!
I don't understand the laudatory reviews, so I chose this hotel based on them! probably people have nothing to compare with and the limit of their dreams is a hotel in cent, which occupies the 2nd place of the highest in the world) with a scheduled transfer to the sea!

The food is monotonous, but you can always eat something. Drinks are offered for dinner, dry red and white, beer, cola, sprite. The staff is friendly, there are no complaints about the quality of service. The rooms are cleaned every day, the bed and towels are changed. The view is gorgeous from the room, we had 51 floors. Located near the metro, the Museum of the future to the Dubai Mall on foot in 25 minutes. The pool is not large, open on the 4th floor above the Parking lot. There is a sauna and a hammam.
