The hotel left conflicting feelings.
On the one hand: excellent location, excellent fast stable Internet, responsive friendly staff, spacious rooms.
On the other hand: breakfast is frankly meager, the furniture and plumbing in the rooms are dilapidated, cleaning is very superficial, towels (3 out of 6) are frankly stained.
Minor maintenance would have improved the situation, and a more responsible attitude of the maid, too.
As in each of us, there are pros and cons. I hope this review will help to set up the expectations of future guests correctly.

They were in October 2024. I really liked it and recommend it. The breakfasts are exceptionally good. Very good service. The staff is polite and friendly. Thank you very much. You did well. The area is very modern. Everything is nearby 👍

We stayed at the hotel from 04/14.24 to 04/19.24. We really liked it. Cozy room, polite staff. Navruz helped to organize a trip to the Gessar fortress, everything is on a good level. The breakfasts are quite good: 3 types of porridge, scrambled eggs, boiled eggs, fried eggs, cereals, vegetables, fruits, pastries, sausage, cheese, cottage cheese. The hotel is close to the center. The only caveat: if the windows of the room face the street, it's a little noisy. But nothing depends on the hotel here: cars drive, and double-glazed windows are not double and triple, as in Siberia. They're warm, they don't need them)))

I recommend you to visit. It is very well located. Everything is nearby, and Auchan and the central street and restaurants (by the way, I recommend cafe Rohat near the Brewery for 10 minutes on foot). The rooms are clean. The breakfast is average, of course. It would be better to have less, but better) it is necessary to reconsider the formation of breakfasts in general.
The staff is very pleasant and hospitable.
I am one of those who remembers this hotel when it was the tallest building in the area and had a panoramic view of the mountains..now the view of "Shanghai")

Convenient location. A pleasant breakfast.
Nice but tired room, but generally ok.
-1 star for Room Cleaning - leaves much to be desired. For the first 2-3 days, the brush stood in a wire attachment - I thought this was a strange decision, but it turned out that they just broke the flask before that and replaced it closer to departure.
The most unpleasant thing is when collecting a suitcase, I found a layer of dust under the bed - obviously at least 2 weeks.
In general, it is a very decent place, and I am sure that they will finalize the cleaning moment

The hotel is located in the center. All the most beautiful places of the city can be easily reached on foot. The restaurant, where breakfast is organized, is interestingly decorated. I recommend.

It's just gorgeous! Clean room, spacious rooms and a huge bed. All the equipment was working properly. The entire infrastructure is within walking distance

A good hotel in the color of the city, the room is large, everything is worn, chipped, broken...
The windows seem to be single-chamber, you can hear everything from the street.
The breakfast is good.

👎Not worth the price that is asked for accommodation. The breakfasts are empty, they will not leave you hungry, but the desire to go to breakfast again disappears immediately.A girl at breakfast can happily offer to fry scrambled eggs. There is a coffee machine, but how to turn it on correctly?! and I had to add water myself. There is old furniture in the lobby, one elevator. It's uncomfortable! I do not recommend it! Pay a little extra and go to any other hotel. As compensation, they offer to pay for a taxi to the port.

Hotel in the city center. The rooms are generally clean and spacious, but very empty. The beds are normal, the toilet and bathroom have seen views - chipped, the mirror is broken, etc. There are few outlets. Noise insulation is at zero. Well, there are no breakfasts. Plus everything is under a cellophane film. Instant coffee only.
Weak for the price. Central Park is a 15-minute walk away.

The room is big, even too big. The breakfasts are modest. For some reason there was no cleaning. Transfer from and to the airport is at the expense of the hotel, which is nice. The staff is helpful

Room cleaning is weak, I found black hair from someone else's feet on the side of the tub. The refrigerator is turned off and to turn it on, you need to move the furniture to get to the outlet. WiFi is tight and doesn't work everywhere. And they didn't give me the password, they entered it themselves on my phone))
The staff is polite, responsive and does not refuse help.
In general, the general elements of the placement (the above) should be tightened to a normal level.
