I do not recommend this hotel. We stayed twice and booked through Booking. There were problems with the baby's bed, which was installed for us from the fourth time, and so on in small things for cleanliness, well, in general, the impression was not bad. When, after the last time, they decided to offer us a 50% discount on the reservation as a regular customer. It turned out that we were offered a reservation in a neighboring building in which there is hair on the bed, cleaning is not done, televisions are without Internet, a room with a 50% discount is more expensive than in a neighboring hotel room of a higher class. I had to call the tourist police, but since Gotham is not heavily protected, this case hung in the air. I recommend avoiding this place!

The first time we went to Turkey with the whole family, the rest will be great. The hotel is nice, the staff tried to create a comfortable vacation for us. I read about the difficulties of tourists with payment, so we issued a UnionPay card in advance at the Rosselkhoznadzor. They paid off with it, or in cash - there were no problems.

A wonderful hotel, amazing staff, responsive and very polite, the rooms have everything to relax between walks in historic Istanbul. There are many mosques within walking distance, including Hagia Sophia and the Blue Mosque, near the strait, also within walking distance. I recommend this hotel to visit!!!
