A normal hotel for such a price policy, helpful staff, good breakfasts, water, tea, coffee for free, clean. The rooms are very small and there is practically no sound insulation. Everything else is fine. I recommend

Excellent hotel, rooms with balconies. Views of the Aegean Sea, gorgeous sunrises and sunsets. The service is excellent, the staff is friendly and attentive, they help with everything that is necessary. cleanliness is maintained, towels are changed daily, bed linen every other day. If necessary, the linen is changed outside the schedule without additional requests. The breakfast provided by the hotel allows you to gain impressions until 5 pm, without thinking about food.
Only good memories and my gratitude to the staff of the hotel!!!

If you are used to comfort and high-quality service, then this place is not for you. The hotel positions itself as a 4*, but in fact it is a simple 3*. The most unpleasant thing is that the hotel is dirty, everything in the rooms is broken, the taps just fall out of the sink, dust, mold, worn furniture everywhere. And most importantly, we were placed with three children, one of whom is a baby, in a room with a terrible smell, it was simply impossible to stay there and requests to relocate us were refused, citing the fact that the hotel was overcrowded. Also, according to my request for a cot, they brought us the same dirty playpen and the funny thing was that there was no bottom in this playpen!!! How to sleep for a child remains a mystery.
Breakfast takes place in a cafe nearby, where there is the same dirt and unsanitary conditions, there is a danger to health, the same dirty dishes, someone's hair in fruits, everything is cherished. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone!

A nice city hotel with polite attentive staff. The location is good, 5 min walk to the old center with Sofia Cathedral, Topkapi Palace, etc., many cafes around, there is a mini market. The interior is as in the photo, the room is small, but there is everything you need (cosmetics, tea station, water), a French balcony, a view of neighboring houses. But, a magnificent view from the roof veranda, there are tables there and you can see the Bosphorus, I attach a night photo. There is a hammam and a spa - we did not go. The breakfasts in the cafe are good, I attach a photo, they still offer cupcakes and pancakes.
The staff helped a lot, they quickly called a taxi to the airport with a normal price. Well, the best part was, they gave us a bottle of wine and a plate of fruit (perhaps because we had a wedding anniversary) and a gift on the road.

Visited in April 2024. My respect to the photographer who took promotional photos of this hotel. Yes, yes, it is the hotel. In the photo, everything is expensive and rich, but in fact an ordinary micro-bathroom with poorly working plumbing (there is no aerator in the faucet in the bathroom - water gushes in a stream, splashes in different directions. In the shower, water instead of a watering can of a tropical shower gushes in different directions, and above the shower partition, flooding the bathroom.) The compression ratio of the space is the maximum. Sitting on the potty, you practically rest your nose against the door that opens into the bathroom. The sink hangs at a level slightly above my knees at my height of 180 cm. To wash, you need to bend over very much. As a result: I fell for the location and the photo. Not another foot))). Yes, the reception staff are nice people, but the room cleaners are wild and moody.

Nice hotel, close to the historical center. Clean - The rooms are cleaned every day. Cosmetic kits in the room. Fruits are brought on the day of arrival. If the view from the window is important, then specify it in advance. The breakfasts were quite normal, we didn't stay hungry.

There was a big nuance. At first we lived in the same room and everything was fine. And then we were moved to another (such was the agreement) and there was a shower room.
It was trash…
The water was ankle-deep in the toilet. It flowed out of the bottom.
But I don't even want to lower the stars, because it didn't spoil the experience. But when you check in, check it out. Turn on the water and see if it is leaking out of the pan.

The hotel is very pleasant, the location is excellent, everything is within walking distance.
On the downside, the rooms are cramped but clean.

A disgusting hotel with Soviet rooms (superior comfort), terrible service from absolutely incompetent employees - Alice, Aigul, the manager. They moved into a dirty room, fixed it by cleaning with a smelly rag in front of me, violated promises of service, complete disregard. There is not even champagne and ice in the lobby bar. Criticism was accepted, as if this was the order
of the day, it is unlikely that the hotel management will do anything to improve. I've never seen a worse hotel. Don't waste your time, money and, most importantly, your mood.
