Not a bad neighborhood. Family friendly, calm. There are many cafes, a large grocery store. After crossing the pedestrian bridge over the river, you enter another world with a gorgeous promenade, where there are even more cafes, boats float along the river, and people walk. The embankment offers a beautiful view of the center of Dubai, the Burj Khalifa tower, and the most beautiful skyscrapers.

It's very beautiful here. Everything is within walking distance. Everything is new and clean. A lagoon with fresh water.
