A beautiful promenade of two halves. There are singing and "dancing" fountains on each one. Restaurants for every taste and budget. View of the Atlantis Hotel.
You can get there by high-speed tram (more like a skytrain). You can walk to it from the main metro line: you will not regret it - the views are excellent at night and in the evening. But it takes 30-40 minutes to walk and, of course, not in summer in the heat)
By the way, there are brand stores, not bad ones.

They were in the middle of March 2024. Restaurants are closed, fountains are not working, even the entrance to the subway (monorail) is closed, the train does not even stop. Apart from taking a couple of photos of the Atlantis Hotel, there is absolutely nothing to do.
