A very beautiful location with lots of restaurants, no fuss and noise. A status place where you can spend a pleasant evening and look at the fountains, without the fuss and crowds like at the Dubai Mall. I liked it, we've been a couple of times and I think we'll come back.

A beautiful promenade of two halves. There are singing and "dancing" fountains on each one. Restaurants for every taste and budget. View of the Atlantis Hotel.
You can get there by high-speed tram (more like a skytrain). You can walk to it from the main metro line: you will not regret it - the views are excellent at night and in the evening. But it takes 30-40 minutes to walk and, of course, not in summer in the heat)
By the way, there are brand stores, not bad ones.
