Inexpensive, there is support in VK. Sometimes good, sometimes not so good. When ordering a Safari, we were not warned that 7-8 local cars are used for the tour. Alas, we got seats "in the gallery" of Toyota Sequoia. Accordingly, it was shaking on the dunes, as if there was an excursion, and it was visible as if there was no excursion. The attempt to discuss the situation with the agency came to naught. They tried to explain to us that only we did not get the entire declared program, which we were not particularly interested in. Yes, there were no photos in national costumes, we bought the henna painting ourselves, but we didn't care. In general, the representative moved off the topic. I don't recommend safari. If the safari is not paid for and you are seated in the third row at the hotel, feel free to refuse. In our experience, then it will not work to switch places for a while, the impression will be spoiled.

We bought a ticket to Dubai here in August!Just delighted with the rest and thanks to this company!The staff knows their job, quickly picked up the tour and pleased!!!A guide named Murat, generally an expert in his field, conducted very interesting excursions!!!By the way, we bought the tour for the promotion and it cost us a mere penny!!!A very convenient online service, here you can study all the tours in detail, but our eyes ran away and we had to ask for help from the manager to help with the choice!

We ordered sightseeing trips to Dubai and Abu Dhabi. Almost all luxury tourist complexes were viewed in Dubai. I've always wanted to see the Parus Hotel live, and now the dream has come true. I also really liked the Dubai Marina embankment. But there wasn't enough time in the museum of Muslim art. The tour of Abu Dhabi is longer and more saturated with objects. I don't know what to highlight, because I liked literally everything. Men, for example, will be interested in the Ferrari park, my daughter appreciated the date market the most, and I remember the white mosque and a huge handmade carpet. We thank the guides for their excellent work.

We arrived in the UAE on a ticket from Anex Tour. We rested from 8/03 to 19/03. Time Ruby Hotel. We met with our manager at the hotel the next day, she offered various options for excursions. I can't say anything bad, I told everything in detail and beautifully. We usually go on excursions, which we take from a travel agency, so it's calmer. But this time somehow it didn't go, or something. We went for a walk to the shops and saw the office of Shan Tours on the way, decided to stop by, ask what and how. We were met by Guzel's manager. She told me in detail about various excursions, showed photos, but most importantly, the price for the same excursions as Anex Tour was decently cheaper. We decided, probably for the first time in all the time we go on vacation, to take excursions not from a travel agency and did not lose. Everything went at a high level, our guide Murat was great, special thanks to him. I also want to note that we did not get on some excursions due to the closure of a number of emirates due to coronavirus, although we paid for them in advance, there were no problems with the refund. Guzel was constantly in touch and the situation was under control. I want to express my gratitude to her for her professionalism in her field and as a pleasant and responsive girl. Many thanks to Shan Tours for the excellent work.

The whole family went on an excursion to Oman.We went to Fujairah in a comfortable bus, met our fellow travelers. Fujero is a wonderful place! Very picturesque and beautiful! But most of all I liked the Indian Ocean! It is not possible to describe all the emotions and beauty!You should see it at least once in your life! It was very sad to leave.I really want to come to this wonderful place again next year!

It was my first time in Dubai and I wanted to remember this city. To do this, I reviewed many companies that are engaged in excursions and decided to stop at Shan Tours. To be honest, I didn't regret my choice and it was the coolest trip of my life. Our guide Murat told us about the sights so interestingly. Most of all I liked the Dubai Marina embankment. On the tour -wish: - it would be great to have an accompanying guide during the trip, who would tell you about interesting places along the route along the way. Kamil Gilyazova is an example of customer-orientation.

We recently went with friends (three people in total) to Dubai on vacation. We decided that we need to book excursions to get acquainted with the area and just have an awesome time. The days were scheduled by the hour. We ordered three excursions from this travel agency: Dubai sightseeing tour, Wild Wadi Water Park and underwater zoo. Fortunately, they booked in advance on the Internet, writing to them about the check-in date and specifying some other data, because there would be no seats. Russian Russian was the best guide in our life, Murat, who fortunately spoke pure Russian and Russian nationality, conducted several excursions. He told me everything in detail without stopping, and willingly answered questions. There were also other Guides, who were also interesting to listen to, but Murat was more shy. Since we ordered a group tour (except for our company, 4 people were hooked up), the excursions were cheaper. Most of all, I remember the excursion to the underwater zoo, I advise you!

The tour was purchased from Guzel's manager. We are very grateful to her for the help she gave us. We couldn't decide for a long time, but she patiently and in detail told us about each excursion. We chose Ferrari Park and Sheikh Zayed Mosque in Abu Dhabi and did not regret it. This is an amazing tour, I really liked it. My husband is also delighted.

We applied when buying a tour to Sharjah. we got in touch back in Russia, discussed all the conditions, paid for all excursions on arrival at the place closest to our hotel in a three-minute walk. Because the climate is very hot, so it is problematic to go far or go. Everything is fast and without complaints, the communication is operational through messengers. The organization of excursions is at a height, everything is clear and on schedule, but in terms of saturation and comfort, I would argue. That would just die of delight - there is no such thing . If you drive three times in the same direction, you will hear the same thing. Although tourists very often cross paths on the routes. But the highest score is due to the fact that the guides are responsive, friendly and really help tourists in solving their problems. But I wouldn't turn to them anymore, there are a lot of individual guides in the UAE...

We had a rest from November 17 to 24, 2019. We took three excursions: safari, sightseeing evening Abu Dhabi and Dubai. Safari is beyond praise, the other two are disgusting. Guides do not give historical information, they take you shopping. Evening cruise to Dubai Marina with dinner turned out to be sailing on an Arab boat at 16.00, dinner = lunch box with cold food from some cafe!!! Brought to Dubai mall again, the first thing you need to show a store like cheap goods and leave tourists with the words "meet at the entrance". For a moment, this center is about two km away. I was there, it's easy for me, but others are not, and it's very easy to get lost there. Brought to Dubai Venice. Again, the question is why? If, instead of Venice, they showed us a store, here the uncle weaves a spindle, oh, and here he makes ice cream. Nonsense! And it was necessary to go outside and tell the story of this place so that people could take beautiful photos! In general, at about the same ticket price as in other organizations, everything is done disgustingly!!! Beware of these comrades!

Vacationed in the Emirates with a friend, turned to Shan Tours. Both remained in an unforgettable delight from the excursion - desert safari. The guide advised to visit the Ferrari Park in Abu Dhabi. We agreed with pleasure and on the last day of rest we were stunned by the size of this wonderful structure and received a lot of emotions on the rides. We fixed all this with delicious carpacho and bolognese in the Trattoria) Thanks to Shan Tours for a great tour.

We went to the Emirates to rest in the spring. We took 3 excursions to Shanturs. The third sightseeing tour of Dubai was at a discount. We liked the company. Everything is coordinated with them. They were taken from the hotel and delivered to the hotel. The buses are clean, with a kander, they gave everyone free water. The guide is our compatriot, so everything he told is clear, but he knows the Emirates as if he were a local. Thanks. I recommend it.

We were vacationing with our family in the Emirates for the first time and chose Dubai. We lived in a hotel on a Palm Tree. We went to the Wild Wadi water park and a sightseeing tour of Dubai. We have a small child with us, so we booked individual excursions with a Russian-speaking guide. We were very satisfied - a wonderful car, water, a competent guide were very helpful. We went in the summer - it was hot, especially since we don't speak much English, and no one speaks Russian there. Next time we plan to visit Abu Dhabi

Lost a day because of this organization. We ordered a safari in the desert. Instead of 15:30, they came for us at 16:45. The Land Cruiser 200 arrived, the condition is average. The car was full of children 2-3 years old, and we were offered to sit on the third row of seats. To be clear, the third row is like squatting in front of a wall. They refused not to transplant the children back. As a result, we were not taken.

We stayed in Sharjah, but went to Dubai every day (the emirs are quite close to 20 minutes away). Horror! We ordered a transfer to the Global Village. They were taken there to Sharjah by taxi, then transferred to a minibus, drove for an hour and collected everyone in Sharjah. We left back at 21:00, we were taken to Sharjah, there are 2 (!!!) everyone was taken to their hotels for an hour. We were just dropped off and left to wait. What to wait for, why - it is not clear. There was no information. The employees allegedly forgot both Russian and English. It turned out that they were waiting for another group - from Dubai. It was only with a terrible scandal that we managed to get a car sent for us. In total, we waited for half an hour! Without information! Barely made it to the end of dinner.

I usually choose a very active and extreme vacation, so I decided to contact the Shan Tours agency and book a Desert Jeep Safari trip. The company's website has a very intuitive interface, you can book an excursion online. Prices do not exceed $ 100, my tour cost twice as much. The program turned out to be very eventful: a trip through the desert (its scale and grandeur are simply amazing), a delicious traditional dinner and a show program. I was very pleased with the organization of the tour, starting from the punctuality of the guides, and ending with the attentive attitude to each traveler. Thanks!

I don't know how fastidious you need to be, so that you don't like traveling with Shan Tours. The level of organization is excellent, the buses are all new, the guide is good. Yes, we literally flew in from the UAE a week ago, I don't think anything has changed dramatically in a week.

We booked an excursion to the dolphin show in Dubai in advance, first we left a request directly on the Shan Tours website, they contacted us and very simply organized a trip to the Dubai Dolphinarium. We were provided with a transfer in a comfortable car, the driver turned out to be Russian-speaking, gave us advice about rest and trips in the future. There were three dolphins and four seals in the dolphinarium. Our daughter just screamed with delight. They turn out to be so smart!
