It's horrible. We ordered soup and hot dishes, coffee, the child asked for sushi, French fries, nuggets. The waiter came over and wrote down the order. The order was brought only to the child.We waited for the order and sat for an hour .. the waiter never came up and took away the dirty dishes, although she passed by and opposite another table many times. After an hour and 10 minutes of waiting, unable to stand it, I called the waiter to find out when it would be hot, the waiter says you were not warned that it would be hot to wait an hour and a half!! Honestly, it's terrible. Maybe I'm in a hurry.. it is very unpleasant, not only that they do not warn that the waiting time to eat is an hour and a half, but also the service is simply terrible, dirty dishes are not removed ... and in an hour they never come up after the order that was brought to the child..I wouldn't give this place a single star, I don't advise anyone...a year ago, the impression of the institution was better.

We went in with friends to eat, we didn't want to sit for a long time, just eat and leave, but almost all the tables were booked, we tried to arrange to sit at one of these tables until people came for them, but the receptionist refused without even offering us any options. The staff is rude, as if they are not interested in receiving guests! My impressions of Lida have deteriorated.dislike
