The call center staff pretend as if they don't understand anything, that the site is not working and repeat "try later", and later this is when all the dates have already gone for money, and ordinary people don't have access to the site. It is unclear how to deal with this. If there is such a problem with the site, then open the record via emails, although it will take a long time, but at least there will be some chance to wait your turn and submit the documents. What is happening now during registration is a complete mess, and employees are making fools of ordinary people who honestly want to sign up themselves.

Parking is available, the spiral entrance is wide, so 6 floors up and down is not a problem, the staff is adequate and extremely correct. They do their job quickly and expertly. But is it really important at the Polish visa application center? If you signed up there, through all the hell with the nightmarish registration, flying selfies, and calls during a work meeting (did you sign up yourself?), then the rest is easy to handle! Perhaps the pensioners who go there to get a visa and visit their children will have a different experience. They looked kind of abandoned and confused. It would be better if employees showed them more empathy.
