An excellent hotel. Visit time is February 2026. Very convenient location (GOSI metro station is within walking distance, I didn't check the time, but according to my estimate, it's about a minute walk). The station is located on the green line, which provides quick access to the exhibition center and key tourist attractions of the city. If you are facing the hotel, then there is a KFC and a small grocery store a few dozen meters to the right, and a gas station with a store on the left side of the subway (I didn't quite understand the opening hours, but sometimes it worked at 2 a.m.). I liked the hotel room, it had a very interesting and modern design, everything was done with taste, and also, what was especially appealing was that it was huge, my three suitcases and a bunch of bags didn't bother me, there was still plenty of room. By the way, the windows open if you need a breath of fresh air. The room had everything you needed: a kettle, cups, a mini-bar, a hairdryer, air conditioning, a TV, a large wardrobe with a mirror and a safe, all the furniture was new. Water, tea and coffee bags were replenished daily. The Wi-Fi was working well. As for the room service, it is excellent. I didn't have to run after anyone, the cleaning was impeccable, towels were changed every day when the ‘do not disturb‘ sign was hung, no one disturbed, this is fundamentally important for me, since I wake up late, and from experience I can tell that there are hotels for which this sign is an empty sound. There is a cafe at the reception, we tried coffee, well, for four. I can't say anything about the food at the hotel, because we booked a room without food. Currency exchange at the reception without presenting a passport, which is very convenient - this applies to other hotels in Riyadh. I advise you to change money at the hotel, because I did not find any currency exchangers in the city, I asked, they say they change only in banks. There are no complaints about the hotel staff, they work perfectly. In short, I recommend you to visit.

It's a good hotel for Riyadh, the breakfasts are excellent, the receptionist speaks Russian and is very supportive. In general, it's been two weeks and everything has tripled. I can't give 5 stars, otherwise the expectations will be too high (sometimes it smells like cigarettes in the room, the air conditioner or shower may not work, but everything is fixed quickly enough). The air conditioners have been buzzing all week. This is the main disadvantage. It was difficult to fall asleep. Dinner is on the open 9th floor, we were freezing there. It is not clear why it was impossible to have dinner on the 2nd floor where breakfast is served. Towels were changed every day. But sometimes the towels smelled like a camel)))).

I highly recommend it. But keep in mind one thing: the hotel is located near an extremely busy intersection, where you will lose from 10 to 15 minutes. Otherwise, an excellent hotel located in the former business center of Riyadh. But I assume that it will soon be affected by reconstruction, as well as neighboring hotels
