Excellent city hotel, with a price-quality ratio 🔥 Rested late March-early April, the hotel is almost full, at least the main building. The sea view room is beautiful, the higher the better, in the evenings music and noise in the lobby can interfere with the lower floors to relax. There is a second building, it is much quieter there. But it's a long way to go there and not in the most beautiful ways: the elevator as a freight, the smell of an uninhabited room - scared us off a little. We had a rest with a large train for two rooms and with children (one in a stroller)- I didn't want to go. They offered us to change the room due to the fact that the air conditioner did not work for cooling, it was in winter mode for heating. We refused and slept with the window open- it's a bit noisy in the city, but tolerable. The room itself is neat, daily cleaning, there were enough supplies, there were no bathrobes. The food in the restaurant is excellent, there were different fish every day, salted salmon was in the appetizers for breakfast, author's desserts such as chocolate fondue were prepared several times for dinner. Strawberry season started, but it was only on dessert decorations. Otherwise, everything is fine: there was always a diet table, mashed potatoes and milkshakes for baby food, delicious pink champagne, Turkish coffee. I was upset by the rental of baby strollers: they are terrible, dirty, without important components and look like from a dumpster, the cost of 10 € / day is absolutely not justified. I didn't like the work of the Russian-speaking tour girl either: she didn't want to show the strollers while we were deciding whether or not to and in general was not very friendly. But the service at the spa is excellent, as is the hammam itself. I especially liked the massage, I recommend taking a course! The children's club is small, but there has always been activity, we got to Easter, the kids made DIY baskets. As a result: a great hotel for your money, you can and should have children, there is a playground across the street, and there is a promenade nearby, there is also a lot. Oh yes, the beach and the sea are stunningly beautiful on this coast, small pebbles, pebbles. By the end of our vacation, sun beds were already put up, but we did it the old-fashioned way - on towels that we took to the spa by cards. They warmed up on the rocks, hardened themselves in the sea. I recommend the hotel to fans of outdoor activities!

Everything is fine, if you do not make excessive demands. The hotel corresponds to a good three and not a good four. Overall clean, attentive staff, pleasant spa. The hotel is located right on the city embankment, an excellent promenade in the evening, many cafes and restaurants - it makes no sense to take lunch and dinner at the hotel.

Good afternoon. Please read the entire review before buying a tour to this hotel. We arrived at this hotel late in the evening on June 30, 2023. I've never seen a worse hotel in my varied life. The service is terrible, the rooms smell like garbage, it is not possible to enter the shower. The food is not that terrible, but simply chemical (red sausage, dry oranges are a variety of fruits in the very season of summer). The child ate cereal with dyes for breakfast, and I had semolina porridge with a bagel. I cried when I came to breakfast. After a "wonderful" breakfast, I went to the sea to take a sunbed. And it was wild for me to occupy a sunbed in a 5-star hotel. Walking to the beach is a quest, you need to sit down several times so as not to break your head in the passage. Well, after that, you see in the photo a "wonderful" beach, where at 7 a.m. nothing was cleaned, flies and dirt. On the same day, I decided to go to another hotel. But our valiant Anex company was spinning its head for three days and did not take any measures. We were forced to leave the hotel and eat in restaurants outside this "wonderful hotel" and came only to spend the night, waiting for a sensible decision from the tour operator. As a result, they offered to pay for a new hotel, allegedly recalculating the days not lived 1.5 times more expensive than I could book it myself at the moment (and I had to wait three days for such a result). It would seem that the TOP tour operator and such situations are not every day. Decide quickly so as not to spoil the rest for tourists.As a result, I booked and paid for a new hotel myself and left this shithole. To this day, Anex is considering my application for the recalculation of funds for unlived days at this hotel. Almost 2 months🤦♀️

One of my favorite hotels. Nothing superfluous, but everything is there. They are warmly welcomed at the reception, except for hugging. There is a transfer from the hotel for $ 60 from the airport and back, everything is clear. The food is great, everything is very tasty. The beach is 100m away, across the street. The rooms are clean. When we stayed the second time, there was no reserved room available, we were given a family room. But... Complimentary fruit plates were not in the room)) excellent animation in the hotel, especially for children in the mini club. Swimming pool, sauna, hammam. Yes, it's not a top five in Belek, but the price is also much lower. But in the end, the service, food, drinks and animation are all the same.

The hotel is good, the location is great. But what about the food, something is not clear. There is a lot of food, but everything is not delicious. Not a single delicious cheese, all sprinkled with pepper, there is no normal omelet in the morning, porridges are not understandable and not edible. I ate only potatoes and raw vegetables. Sweets for 3. I didn't see any freshly squeezed juices, only Sweet jupi in the bar. There are many waiters and not one offered to bring tea or coffee in the morning.

We visited this hotel for the second time, before that-in 2020.
To be honest, it doesn't pull 5 stars. A big plus is the location. They clean poorly, even if there is a tip. The food is simple: there is a lot of sauce in the dishes, everything is monotonous, no outdoor grill, there are few fish dishes, and if there is, then fish in sauce or frozen seafood, sea bass and dorado were 4 times in 14 days) They save money, because they will come anyway! For some reason, not the guests of the hotel are resting on the beach, since the sun beds are further from the sea than 3 years ago))) The staff is very friendly, upon arrival you feel that you were expected here)))

This is the fifth time we have come to this hotel, though in January.As regular customers, the room was upgraded, he was ready for our check-in with a compliment ... he was greeted like family. It was assumed that in the off-season there would be a weak choice of dishes in the restaurant and evening entertainment (especially since there was a downpour for two days), they were pleasantly surprised by the assortment of dishes, the quality of service, and even diet food was present: boiled vegetables, meat. Fish and lamb are perfectly cooked. As the director of the school, I was pleased to see how animators occupied the children, and for doing yoga, etc., there are evening discos, but they did not bother us, as they prudently settled in a room remote from the noise. I was pleased with the maid, who cleaned the room very cleanly while we had breakfast!We will be happy to come again, as the service is at the highest level! It is clear that the hotel management is working seriously with the staff (the restaurant has very polite, eager to please waiters who speak several languages. We will come again in February and May. The hotel is good in terms of price and quality. Of course, it must be understood that in Turkey, the "five" are different from the "five". Someone will not see five stars here, but I put my stars. The location of the hotel for those who like to swim is excellent. There is enough space on the beach for everyone. For those who like to dive, this is certainly not the best option, because there is nothing interesting underwater. But the sea is great.
For those who like to walk along the sea, there is an excellent promenade with cafes and restaurants. It's a long way to the old town, but public transport or a taxi will take you there easily.
The food at the hotel is quite good. But, again, this is Turkey. No need to look for Michelin stars where there are none.
The staff at the hotel is good. Many people understand Russian. The rooms are cleaned daily. And they even make the bed.
The rooms are quite comfortable, if you don't find fault too much. On the lower floor, cockroaches of quite impressive size can be found in the rooms. For this, of course, it would be worth removing one star…
The hotel has swimming pools. One indoor and two outdoor. But the number should not be misleading. They're all small.
Conclusion: this is not an ideal hotel, but I still give it a "5".

I am very unhappy! The hotel is very sad. Old rooms, beds 90 cm. The road under the window is very noisy. No fruits- oranges and apples. We arrived at the Hotel at 23 o'clock, that is, we did not eat or drink anything that day, but when we left at 12 o'clock we left the room and were informed that we no longer had everything included. We need to pay for everything in the hotel. We have traveled to Turkey many times - I have never seen such an attitude towards guests in 5 stars. I don't advise you to come here. The hotel is a disappointment 😞

I am currently staying at this hotel. Maybe I was unlucky, but this is my first time in such a dirty hotel. Cleaning in my room (building A, 5th floor) consists of changing towels, refilling blankets. The floor in the room was washed three times upon check-in. Not 5 stars. I don't recommend it.

The hotel is located close to Antalya Airport, in the beautiful Konyalti district, on the first line.There is almost no territory of its own, but there is a beautiful embankment and a small park nearby. They lived in the main building. Clean, cozy, cleaned well and every day. The post was changed every day. linen and towels. The food is delicious, although monotonous. Beef, chicken, turkey. There was only one fish. The a la carte restaurant did not work, allegedly in connection with the pandemic. The staff is polite. Free safe and internet connection. Of the cons.
There was no entertainment in the hotel, no animation. Just a small program in the evening. There is no bar on the beach, only a refrigerator with drinks in the passage to the beach. By the way, the underpass to the beach is very low. The pools on site are small. I can't say about alcohol in the lobby bar, I'm not interested. I always took only baileys.But people were not happy. Tea and coffee were sometimes poured into plastic cups. Otherwise, everything was fine. We traveled a lot around the city. We swam and sunbathed. The water is already cool at this time, but it is still warmer than in our summer. In general, the atmosphere of the hotel is quite pleasant.

We had a rest for the New Year and holidays. A perfectly acceptable hotel for a winter holiday. Very good food, a huge variety - without lobsters and caviar, but there is a lot of everything else, and you can find something new every day for yourself. The location of the hotel is strategically convenient for outdoor activities in the off-season: on the one hand, Antalya is next to its old town, not reaching it in a 5-minute drive from the hotel - the amusement park and the aquarium are very cool, near the hotel there is a newly renovated wide promenade for walking, full of playgrounds, benches, cafes. On the other side of the hotel (towards Kemer) there is a mountain with a lift for viewing from a height. Near the hotel there is a nice green park with playgrounds, fountains, a cafe. Everything in the rooms is more or less fresh, not killed, not peeling. They clean cleanly, constantly wash and rub something, but the service is unobtrusive - if you need to do something urgently in the room, you can immediately get what you want by calling the reception. In general, the staff is trying very hard. I liked the work of Polina, an animator who worked with children, taught, played, and entertained them. The hotel also has a spa center where you can get a massage, visit the hammam and swim in the pool.
