Pros: very beautiful territory, two swimming pools, a good restaurant, very hospitable staff - just like we came to visit friends, there are free sun loungers on the beach from the hotel, the rooms are spacious, everything is in the kitchen, there were no interruptions with water
Cons: the first impression of the room was still not very good - the furniture is simple and a little old. But it faded into the background so quickly.

It has a compact territory, a swimming pool, a small playground, and a bar. They don't even speak Russian at the reception. The bar is noisy until late. The sea is more than a kilometer away.

A very pleasant place. I spent 3 months here with my wife and dog. It's very cozy. The staff are great guys. There are gorgeous trees in the yard. 5 minutes to the sea. Quietly, calmly. I want to come back again and again

The first impression of the hotel was so-so. But it has an excellent location and good transport links by minibus. 5 minutes to the city center of Side. Relatively close to the beach, the hotel has its own free beach.
Perfect for a calm, measured family vacation.

Great place!
Well-groomed territory,good clean rooms,all necessary appliances are available, good Internet!there is always hot water👏🏻Transport accessibility is excellent, the bus stop is right across the street, the beach is 5-7 minutes on foot.
A huge plus of this place is the staff, very customer-oriented and responsive, always in touch!👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Melissa Garden is a very nice place. We spent 2 months here, special thanks to the guys who work there: Alfie, Ahmed and Elvis. Any issue was resolved very quickly, and to be honest, the guys became more friends for us than just Melissa's employees)
I would also like to note that the close location to the sea, a cool courtyard and the hospitality and care with which residents and guests are treated - all this makes Melissa exactly a home and a place that you really want to return to.
If you are planning a long stop in Side, and are looking for a place where you can stay longer, I recommend Melissa)

Guys, when you choose to go to a 3-star hotel, you do not need to expect that there will be the latest renovation or furniture. But I put 5 stars, there is a great location to the sea, a great view from the balcony, and most importantly the top staff who make this place a home. They always try to help you, they help you in everything, they are always friendly and communicate like a friend! There were no problems with cleaning, just leave tea more often and you will always be clean.

Nice apartment hotel. It is a pity that they no longer give a residence permit in Turkey for rent or apartments. Let me remind you that if you do not have a residence permit, then you must get a visa on the 59th day of your stay!

This is a very boring place, despite the announced 4 pools. Breakfast is monotonous and pathetic. Dinner is more serious, but it is also often bad. Cleaning is done once a day by running a rag over the floor, the floor is constantly dirty. Towels will not be changed without a reminder. WiFi is like a spider web and only by the pool. The furniture is dead.
