A very nice hotel. I've been there three times (both in summer and winter). All the staff are very friendly and attentive. Excellent Internet speed in and out of the hotel. Clean, well-maintained territory. Varied food: there are always several types of meat, seafood, honey in honeycombs, a large assortment of pastries. European desserts are presented. There are dishes of Soviet cuisine.
Next to the hotel there is a bazaar with various shops and local cafes where you can drink freshly squeezed juices for very modest amounts. There is a Migros across the street where you can buy basic souvenirs (sweets, key rings, magnets). If you ask the locals for a bonus card, purchases in Migros will be much more profitable.
There is a bus stop not far from the hotel. You can get to the shopping center (there are European brands) for 1.5 euros.
It's a beautiful place. I will come back more than once.
P.S. I sincerely do not understand what to do in a hotel to give the impression that there is some kind of wrong attitude towards Russians…

I liked the hotel. I was vacationing alone with children of 12 and 2 years old. To begin with, the hotel is beautiful and stylish. The lobby, bars, main restaurant, coffee shop - everything is new, pleasing to the eye. The pools are clean (there were few vacationers from 10 to 17 June). Meals: we ate with the children mainly vegetables, fruits, chicken, lamb, bread and bakery - everything is always fresh, cooked delicious. In the afternoon, ice cream and waffles are for five! The coffee is the most delicious in the coffee shop on the 1st floor. The beach is good, the sand, the entrance is gentle. In places where the deck chairs are clean, the staff monitors this. Bottled drinking water is available throughout the hotel. There is a large playground on the beach. The animation is not intrusive. There is a mini club, but it worked strangely, sometimes the door was closed and no one was there. Children under 3 years old are not accepted without parents, but children of this age cannot be in the club with their parents either. For us, there is only a playground on the street, which is not very conveniently located relative to the entire territory of the hotel. There is a huge children's pool, there are a lot of kids there. We mostly rested at the sea, but a couple of times in the afternoon we went to the pool area) For the eldest daughter, the Olympic pool and water slides 👍 I note the work of the hotel staff) We booked the standard, we were upgraded to family ☺️ By two Russian-speaking staff at the reception. In the lobby, the main restaurant, the coffee shop - everyone is friendly, smiling)
Rented a baby stroller for a couple of days (went for a walk outside the territory) $ 12 a day, convenient. There are chairs for kids in the restaurant, there is a children's table, but the food is from an "adult" assortment: sausages, pasta, mashed potatoes, cutlets. By the way, there is good butter in the area where the toaster is. She made tea from her youngest's drinks, asked the waiter for herbal tea, she added mint, lemon and a little honey (there is in the honeycomb), tasty and healthy))
A few words about the room: two-room, the furniture is simple, a little tired, the plumbing worked, there was no air conditioning, it was repaired five times, it was useless, but we did not suffer, we slept with an open balcony, there is a mosquito net. The cleaning is very weak, $ was left from the second day, it was better.
As a result: the hotel corresponds to its price category! 👍

Great hotel! We are coming here for the seventh time. We had a rest from 05/20/2022 to 06/22/2022 with a large company. The food is wonderful (fish, meat, turkey, chicken), room cleaning is daily, the sea is sand, the staff is friendly. The animation is lame, however, as always. Special thanks to Osman, Ramadan, Ahmet, Mustafa, Katya, Islam, Diana, Nastya, Ali and photographer Misha.

Delight! We are staying at the hotel from 15 to 27 May 2022. They were placed immediately upon arrival, and arrived at 11.00. The hotel is beautiful, well maintained, green. It is clear that they take care, clean, and wash. The staff is smiling and friendly to any nationality. The waiters quickly clean up and bring drinks. There is no extortion unlike other hotels, and sometimes it is very annoying, and my husband and I have been vacationing in Turkey for the 21st time, so we have something to compare it with.We have always been in 5 star hotels. The food is great, there is fish, poultry, meat. From fruits: watermelon, melon, pear, medlar, strawberry, etc..The room is cleaned every day, okay.
The beach is sandy and gently sloping. A man on the beach quickly brings mattresses, cleans and washes all day. Everyone writes about the attitude towards Russians, the attitude is the same as towards Germans, respectful. The hotel is very well located, there is a place to walk in the evening, many shops and markets. Minus- the name of the dishes is not in Russian. We live in room 2214. Thanks to the hotel for a great time, for the comfort, for the care and attention!

We were at this hotel from 06/23/2022 to 07/07/2022 with a family, with a child 1.3g
Check-in was at midnight, they asked to feed - no problem, night soup and a plate of snacks for everyone.
Check-in: the rooms were changed in the morning without additional payments and money "on hand" without any problems. Attention: the 4th floor (last) is an attic. There are very low sloping ceilings and very small rooms, and the air conditioner will blow right on the bed. And they are considered the same standard. I knew about this from the reviews, so I immediately informed the reception that these rooms were not suitable. But since the rooms were not cleaned, we were changed in the morning. In this regard, the service is good. The rooms on the other floors are normal in size. The air conditioning system is shared throughout the hotel. Always at 24 degrees (leave it on, it will be dubak), automatically turns off when the balcony door is opened)
The hotel itself: European style, clean, contingent - Germans, etc. Europeans, when we stopped by, there were almost no Russians. The hotel is family-run, there are a lot of children from 3 months and older, but everything resolves somewhere, it is not felt on the territory, only at breakfasts / lunches / dinners you see how many children there really are.
Nutrition: my family liked everything, yes there will be no grilled shrimp, octopus and caviar, but the choice is varied: meat in different recipes, chicken, beef, liver, fish (there always was, but by one type, for example, today dorado, yesterday some kind of red, most often just sea bass), on grill street.
The cuisine itself is represented by both Turkish and European dishes. There is a table for children (French fries, pasta, spaghetti, mashed potatoes, steamed vegetables, nuggets, etc.) There are a lot of cold snacks. Sweets are also varied. There were only a few fruits: watermelon, melon, apples- always, cherries, peaches, plums, apricots, cherry plums - alternated, but in general everything is OK.
There are enough high chairs, they are comfortable, they always have antibacterial wipes, I saw for myself that they are disinfected after each child.
Waiter service: in general, everything is fine, as far as they manage themselves. But we didn't sweat it and calmly went for tea, coffee, and sometimes beer if we see that the waiter is running around the hall and clearing the tables.
Attention (!) the only disadvantage in the restaurant is that the dishwasher, in which tea and coffee cups are washed, is clearly not working well. After a while, dirty cups, we chose clean ones and rinsed them with boiling water at the tea station.
The Olympic pool is a bomb. The water there is the warmest, just like a splash and buzz in the bathtub at home.
The animation was every day except Sunday, starting with a children's disco.

1. Disgusting attitude towards Russians. Germans are smiling at Russians …
2. Went to the spa, 49 euros per adult. They washed us for this money. While the panels, the ginseng were chatting among themselves in Turkish... the massage is disgusting, although no- it just wasn't there. In general, I strongly advise against it
I managed to go to the steam room once. You need to sign up and are allocated only 30 minutes. You come in the evening to sign up, because of covid, they say come in the morning. You come in the morning and the recording is already complete. They record the Germans... I tried to swear, it's useless. They pretend they don't understand.

5. The room is declared a family room, they write 2 bathrooms, 1 double bed and two double beds. In fact, there is one toilet, and the single beds are a two-story bed that stands in the hallway. You enter the room and there is a bed right there in one step. With a broken ladder.
We have been to many hotels, we understand that this is economy 5, but it is disgusting. I don't advise you to come back here yourself.

Today, 11.10.2021, we are resting for the last day here.
What did you like:
1. The food is delicious, not peppered. There is both fish and meat. Pizza is very tasty. Crayfish, as they wrote in the reviews, we have not seen;
2. Nearby there are not bad shops and not a large embankment where you can walk;
3. I liked the slides.
What didn't you like:
1. We all got sick with rotovirus. Me, my husband, my sons are 8 years old and 1.5. Moreover, we have heard from many that they suffer from the same (vomiting, panos and fever). At the reception, a woman complained about it, and said that it was real every second;
2. Dirty almost everywhere. The floor in the room is dirty, the legs immediately turned black. I asked the cleaner to clean up, she used a mop and nothing changed. I took a rag myself and washed everything properly.
The tiles near the pool are dirty and very slippery;;
3. The rooms are tired;
4. Some laundry with dirty stains, those that have not been washed;
5. The animation is not interesting. The children didn't dance much with the animator. The scene is small. There was often live music in the bar.
6. The water in the pool is dirty, my son has a snot stuck in his hair🥴
In general, we will definitely not return here. There are really a lot of Germans. My son was bored about it, there was no one to play with. And yes, as many write, the Germans are more loved here and the staff is focused on them.
There is a shortage of heated pools, because they cool down overnight and it is cool to swim. The water is warmer in the sea.
We were in an Italian restaurant. The food is the same as in the general restaurant, only to wait longer. One dish that you choose when ordering the table was delicious. But it turned out so interestingly): when the waiter took it out (he realized that we didn't like the rest), he began to praise it and took and pulled out a bone from the lamb in my plate, showing how soft it was. That's when I realized why we have rotovirus))).
P. S. I asked the cook at the restaurant if there was rice without milk for the child, he did not understand me, but he handed over small yogurts for the child. It was a pleasure.

We returned from vacation on 09/14/2020 , went with our family : grandmothers, me, my husband, two children.
We have been staying at this Hotel for the 6th year in a row and will come again and again.
An extraordinary huge territory: well-groomed gardens, comfortable recreation areas, children just have plenty of space.The water in the sea is 29c, in the pools, of course, it was more comfortable in the lunchtime heat, the pools are perfectly clean and have a convenient location throughout the territory. The presence of bars on the beach and on the territory of the pools also helped out in the hottest weather: various drinks and a large selection of snacks will not leave you or the children hungry.
7 pools for every taste, 2 water parks: for adults and for babies.
This year the hotel was renovated and the concept was changed)) I didn't even find out when I arrived, but the hotel staff are still the same, family and hospitable.
Kitchen for 10+, thanks a lot to the chefs)

We had a rest in September 2020. As we wrote earlier, the main disadvantage is the attitude of the staff towards Russians. Alas, this overrides the work of all those who are trying. This is especially felt in the context of a pandemic - when you can't pour tea for yourself and have to wait, and most of the staff in the restaurant ignores and tries for others. There are few friendly people in bars, as they do when you ask for something. I was also struck by the fact that a woman burst into the room without waiting for me to open it, she was not confused that I was half-naked, just to pick up a suitcase stand. Very unpleasant! I've never seen anything like this before. Paid Wi-fi also spoils the impression. Among the advantages: food (everything is delicious and high-quality, varied), location (close to the sea), swimming pools, slides, decent spa (staff are very friendly), well-groomed territory. I will not come to this hotel anymore.

There is an intestinal infection in the hotel!! ALL children and some adults are sick! Since not all children swim in the sea, then you can only sin against poor-quality heat treatment and disinfection in the hotel! Being a certified doctor and a mother of three children, I can say with accuracy that any rotavirus and/or other infection is dirt! Poorly processed foods and dishes; it happens- dirty pools! But in this case, that's IT! - none of the cold ones are heated! It is impossible to swim in them! The water is icy on the Slides! Since the health of children is paramount to me, and this hotel is catastrophically far from that, then there is nothing more to say! I strongly do NOT recommend it!

We stayed at this hotel from August 21 to August 31, 2020. I liked everything very much. The temperature is checked regularly, several times a day - at the entrance to the restaurant and at the entrance to the hotel from the beach. There are sanitizers everywhere, staff in masks, gloves and protective visors. Rooms are cleaned every day, towels are changed every day too. There is animation, but weak, it takes place in the pool bar.
The food is quite varied, the food is served by the staff, drinks are served by the waiters. There were always places in the restaurant whenever you came. The air conditioners in the rooms are set to 25 degrees, it is stuffy in the corridors and in the lobby, but there was an announcement at the reception that in the situation with coronavirus, air conditioners are not turned on. Wi-fi is paid, and so is the safe. The beach is nearby, there are enough sunbeds, the beach bar is wonderful, burgers with French fries and gozleme are cooked at lunch on the beach. Waffles are baked and ice cream is distributed at the pool bar from 3 p.m. There is a gorgeous promenade between the beach and the hotel, on the other side there are many different shops. The attitude of the staff is friendly. The bus to the airport picked us up at 15 o'clock, we agreed to vacate the room at 14 o'clock without any additional charges. We are happy with the rest!

We just arrived at this hotel. I can say right away that since it is focused more on Europeans, the quality of services, service, food and alcohol is much better. The staff is very friendly. Special thanks to the Russian-speaking woman at the reception, who kindly changed our room to a more comfortable one after 15 minutes, because she did not like that we were settled on the first floor. The only thing that breaks it off is the lack of free Wi-fi, but maybe I haven't found it yet 😁

The bartender Mehmetatesh and Hussein Aslan managed to simply surprise. In general, when everything goes bad, it's just a wonderful experience. I'll come again!

The main disadvantage of this hotel is the attitude of the staff. In the restaurant, you can expect drinks throughout the meal and not get them at all. You can't take drinks by yourself. The bars have a terrible attitude towards children, they are ignored, they are not given bottled drinks, and when a parent comes up, everything immediately becomes possible. The bars are constantly running out of ingredients, mint, milk, etc., which is the reason for refusing to order a drink. The high chairs in the restaurant are offered to be cleaned by themselves, the waiters have a lot of other worries. There are no napkins in the restaurant, when you ask the waiter for a napkin, you hear they are over, after a while we ourselves found napkins in the cupboards and began to take them. The cleaners are looking for an excuse not to clean up the room, come to sleep for an hour, and say it's not possible at any other time. Well, the basic little things are safe and Internet for a FEE, Wi-Fi 3 euros per day is just a rascality that does not correspond to a 5-star hotel. The pools are dirty, there is garbage everywhere, on the beach too, no one stays. I do not recommend this hotel.

Excellent warm sea , 28 degrees, a little stormy .
It 's a nice area , it 's green , it 's a little dirty when leaving the hotel towards the beach , but this is no longer their territory !
There are a lot of sunbeds on the beach, you can always find a free one, the sand is pleasant, but a little dirty cigarette butts, sticks, etc.
A dining room or restaurant for anyone , there is enough food for different tastes , there are vegetables , seasonal fruits , lamb meat , chicken, grilled dorado, sweets, which is very pleasant, European food without spices, etc.all food and drinks will be torn apart by the staff, Which causes queues to form, some citizens of Europe and new Europe (former USSR) they do not understand and know the word queue)))there is not enough staff in the dining room , because of this it is very difficult to wait even for a glass of water ( by the way, the staff also distributes it like all drinks. The beach bar is very good, the guys are fast and friendly , which I can't say about the lobby bar , boors and rednecks, Russians are served from under a stick, when you approach the counter they either turn around or talk between themselves and pretend that you are not there (but it depends on the shift).
The Internet is paid ( 10 days 22 euros ), catches well, even on the beach !The safe is paid for 1 euro per day .the biggest disadvantage is the air conditioning system in the rooms, it is central , that is, it is not what it is , it is exposed only at 25 degrees , during the day it is little , and at night it is cold , there is no common air conditioning in the lobby in the restaurant , which is very very uncomfortable , 35 degrees outside and humidity , the room is stuffy , there is the restaurant is comfortable .in general, the hotel is normal , you can even say it pulls at 4+ , but the topic of the air conditioner and queues (although this is in a pandemic) It 's very annoying !!!

I really liked the stay at the hotel: varied food, sandy beach nearby, good staff service. However, there is no Internet in the room, only in the lobby. In the evenings, loud music from nearby hotels prevents you from relaxing. And another drawback: the hair dryer is not in the shower room, but in one of the bedrooms in a drawer.

I visited your hotel for the first time, I was not satisfied! The quality of service is low, starting from room cleaning - once every three days, the organization of the issuance of beach towels, and ending with restaurant service. The room stock is old. It's very noisy. The 5-star hotel, how you position yourself, is not true at all in reality!!!

We visited Xanthe at the end of the season. A wonderful hotel - comfortable rooms, great food and good service. By the way, there may be questions about the service. You just need to remember that the hotel is aimed at German tourists, they are a priority. But in general, there are no problems with this. But the gastronomic variety compensates for everything else. Even the local wines (and cognac!) are of quite decent quality. For a week + 2 kg. :-).
