The 3* hotel is a typical city hotel an hour by tram from the center. The room is standard and small. The windows overlook the inner hall and there is no fresh air. The air conditioner works noisily and only with the windows closed. The service is good and not intrusive. In the shower, gel and shampoo are in a large eco-package, nothing else. There are slippers. I took a double room with a king-size bed for one - it's fine. It's cramped for two. Breakfast is normal: tea, coffee, water, milk, porridge, milk soup, yogurt, eggs, nuts, dried fruits, 2-3 kinds of pastries, eggs are cooked. The hotel is small, we took 2 nights with breakfast - breakfast for Istanbul is very good (hot station - croissants, scrambled eggs /omelette, sausages, hot puff pastry with cheese), vegetables, herbs, fruits, cheeses and sliced. Price = quality, very cool trained staff ! For us, the disadvantage was transport accessibility, and the distance from the center ((but it's our fault that we didn't look in more detail :) and if anything, there are two different Zeytinburnu stations in Istanbul.
