Reception is poor for 5 stars hotel.. breakfast is less than expected! The gym and fitness center is great😎

I liked the hotel, the staff is very friendly, there is a Russian-speaking Shahida girl at the reception and there is also a Russian-speaking girl who looks like she is from the Baltic States, the breakfast is buffet, everything is delicious and you can have a great meal in the evening in the restaurant, the portions are huge. The cleaning is good (it's important to me), they clean up. There is a sauna and a fairly large gym, it is free for guests, there is a SPA and Thai massage, but we were only 4 days away before we had time to go. There are no bathrobes in the room, but there are slippers. It is convenient that there is a tram stop nearby (although it says Metro:), you can easily get to the tourist center quickly enough and not expensive. The hotel is nice and hospitable, everything is pleasant from the little things in the form of a delicious welcome chocolate on the bedside table in the room to the moment when, in order to extend the room for an hour at the check-out, they didn't charge us any money, they just said "no problem". It's so nice to be surrounded by smiles and "no problem."

An excellent hotel, although it is located, practically, in a residential area. It's not difficult to find, the main thing is to name the area locally - Merter. Within walking distance of McDonald's and the T1 tram stop, which goes to the tourist center, Sultan Akhmet Square, the Grand Bazaar, the Basilica Cistern and others. Excellent rooms and clean rooms, daily cleaning. There are Russian-speaking staff at the reception, and in general, the staff is always ready to help with any questions and difficulties. Breakfast is a buffet, varied and varied, always fruits and vegetables, various yogurts, drinks and pastries. There are air conditioners everywhere. There are also local cafes and a restaurant near the hotel, as well as a local shop where you can buy fruits and drinks.And around the hotel there are shopping streets with various things, but no one forces you to buy anything and does not bother you.

The breakfasts are good, the rooms are decent, there is a place to work. It's a long way from the subway, 10 minutes at a steady pace, but keep in mind, the road from the subway to the hotel is uphill.

A good hotel.The photos correspond to reality, which is not always the case in Istanbul.The breakfast is excellent-and the coffee is delicious and the Turkish tea is excellent in teapots over the samovar.The rooms are different.The first time I was lucky it was a big room, the second time it was smaller.There are all cosmetic accessories including a dental kit.Slippers.The area is just not very convenient for shopaholics.There is a skytrain stop nearby

We were on a procurement job and we needed this particular area. They didn't even look for another one, and stayed for 10 days. The price-quality ratio is quite decent)) the metro and tram are nearby. The room is fresh. The bath is very cold in winter-it is not heated. A very good breakfast. There is a sauna and a swimming pool. The sauna did not work for 1 day, they did not warn about this in advance. The staff is helpful.

Not a bad hotel, but it's not five stars. One day, the garbage can by the elevator stank very much. There are no soap dishes at the sink or in the shower. The plumbing is working fine.
And there was not enough porridge for breakfast)) . The walls in the adjacent rooms are thin, I heard someone else's TV, but the windows do not let the noise through and the curtains are excellent at night, you can sleep peacefully during the day after a night flight, the air conditioner is powerful, this is important in such heat

I liked everything!!! Breakfast, cleanliness in the room, the bed and the bed itself are super soft, location (close to the metro, tram, metrobus), 3 Russian channels on TV, 1 Belarusian. But there are also minor flaws - the bathroom sink is uncomfortable (everything flows through the hands and floor), and there is also a toilet brush missing. The pool was not working due to Covid restrictions.
