1) it is extremely difficult to navigate the mall without the application of this mall, and the application often gives errors and freezes
2) very, very many people, even drive tour groups => queues for escalators, queues for toilets
By the way, there is a special queue for a taxi, the waiting time is from 15 minutes, but when I needed it, it was from 40 minutes to more than an hour (of course, for a price two times higher, you can leave twice as fast).
