I lived for 5 days, I liked everything. The reception is friendly. The room was cleaned. Payment with the Mir card was available.
I was part of a group, the lunches and dinners were just excellent. We took into account all the wishes, it was very pleasant.
Of the cons: there is no sound insulation in room 8010. I could hear everything that was happening in the next room.
One of the advantages: a very friendly and involved employee with the name "White Camel" translated from Kazakh. A very sincere woman, she was with us all days except 11.02. I immediately felt the "difference" in service after she went on vacation.

The breakfasts are good, but the assortment is too small, although, on the other hand, it is enough to have a good breakfast. There are 2 coffee machines with natural coffee in the hall.
The main dishes, at least the steaks are very good. Portions are not small. The serving is good, everything is delicious.

I stayed at the Ibis Hotel. What can be said about this place: the rooms are not large, but comfortable enough, except for the creaking laminate flooring. The hotel's restaurant was pleasantly pleased. The buffet is quite rich, all the dishes are very tasty. The hotel staff is always ready to help at any time of the day, always polite and pleasant.

I took breakfast along with the accommodation. Tasteless))) That's right. Only porridges, cucumbers and croissants are normal. The coffee is terrible, there have never been fried eggs in 3 days, only an omelet, tasteless. Cheesecakes are just a fiasco (some kind of casserole- sole, hard, inedible). I couldn't eat for one day because there weren't enough tables. They offered to go eat at the bar, the service is excellent, they clean quickly and take out the food quite quickly, but in general, this is not the norm. I won't take any more breakfasts.

The hotel does not give a towel for hands and face, the ass is wiped and the face is please. Cleaning on request, the rooms are like capsules, the floor is bare parquet already swollen. It is possible only once and unknowingly.

The impression of the Ibis hotels in Kazakhstan is rather negative. The staff is polite enough, the rooms are well cleaned. However, the hotel management itself does not pay attention to the specifics of the country and stay and pursues a policy of making a profit where it is better not to do so. For example, in a hotel in Nur Sultan, kettles are not in every room. At the same time, there are no coolers on the floors. When asked to give a kettle, they say that not all categories of rooms are allowed to do this. Similarly, in Aktobe. And this is in Kazakhstan, where it is always customary to meet and treat guests with tea. I constantly travel to Kazakhstan on business trips, but I definitely will not stay in Ibis hotels.

Breakfast in panlemia is very diverse, although it costs 3000 tenge. There is everything to eat plenty. Even if you come by 10, you can still find everything that was for breakfast. They always do. The food is not running out.
Lunch for 3500 tenge first, second, salad, compote, dessert and tea with coffee. The portions are large and the food is delicious.
