I found the place almost by accident, the entrance is slightly off the main road. It's very atmospheric inside, and the attitude towards visitors is very welcoming. I've been there several times, and I've always been well received. Both tea and coffee are good, and sweets are brought when ordering. This is such a pitch.

The organization is working! It's very atmospheric inside, dominated by European tourists (apparently this place is often mentioned in English-speaking guides) For a fixed price of 70,000 soums, you get a pot of tea/coffee and a set of treats (with the option to upgrade the tea for free) A great place to spend an hour or two in the heat in the middle of the day.
