We checked in for 3 nights together.
Cons: breakfast is modest (mostly salads and bread), there are no vegetables by the end of the serving, they are replaced with a delay. The air conditioner did not cool down, I contacted the support service twice, but the problem was not solved and did not respond. It was stuffy to sleep, they opened the window to the stairs, which caused concern for the safety of things. All the noise from the ground floor spreads to the sides of the stairs, with the window open, you can hear all the conversations and shouting from neighboring rooms and cafes.
Pros: excellent location, good bathroom, daily cleaning, water renewal, comfortable, albeit short, bed and good Wi-Fi.
I wouldn't have come to the hotel a second time.

Convenient location, close to the Galata Tower and the metro.
The room was small, but in the old town, in the old houses, it is unlikely to find more spacious.

We were at this hotel in November 2023. For 6 nights it came out 27000₽. As far as I know, this hotel has two buildings not far from each other. We were traveling with a company and we were settled in one place, the company in another. At first we were upset, but then we got used to it. In one building where we lived, there was no elevator and we had to walk up the stairs every day and swing a nut to the fourth floor. We lived in room 2941. The attic. The windows are tiny, there is very little light. Not a very comfortable room, but one of the advantages is a large bathroom. We had breakfast in a cafe at the hotel (included in the price) on the street. Atmospheric. There is an elevator in the other building. I don't know anything else about him. I would have returned to this hotel - yes. But if you are used to chic, then the hotel is not for you.

The main advantage of the hotel is its proximity to the main street, metro and main attractions. But at the same time, there is no busy roadway outside the window.
The hotel itself is cozy. The staff is friendly, attentive and knows English well.
The room is cleaned daily. Towels are changed every day, bed linen is changed about once every three days. Bottles of drinking water and a tea set are included in the price and are also replenished daily.
You can rent a room with breakfast included, which is decorated in the form of a buffet. The choice is not huge, but it is sufficient. There is meat, eggs, vegetables and fruits with sweets. Tea and a coffee filter are also served unlimited at breakfast.
During the day, delicious coffee can be brewed for a fee and simple dishes from the kitchen and desserts can be served.
There is also a great cafe next door where you can have lunch and dinner fully.
Among the disadvantages: the hotel does not have an elevator and at the same time there is a spiral staircase. It can be a problem for someone.
Wifi is also very unstable. It keeps falling off

We booked the hotel in advance, 4-5 months in advance. We have been planning the trip for a very long time. An hour before check-in, our reservation was simply canceled and we were already on our way to the hotel. No one notified us or said anything, we just saw a notification from the booking office. We immediately called the hotel, the rudest and most audacious manager answered us and said that these were our problems. They have already checked in other guests and given them our rooms. Terrible service!

The hotel is good, but it is difficult to find it. It should be borne in mind that it is located on the 2nd and 3rd floors of the coffee shop of the same name. The hotel itself is nice, but the rooms are tiny.
The main disadvantage is that the hostess was very disappointed with the transfer to the airport, forgot to order a taxi for us, we got there on our own, barely managed to catch the plane. For such an attitude to the guests - 2 stars.
