We were in August. The hotel is average. The breakfast is excellent. Since there is no congestion due to the heat this month, they gave us a better room than we booked. The staff is very pleasant and courteous. Special thanks to Ayechka for her friendliness and kindness. There are two swimming pools for adults and one for children. Private beach. But due to the heat, we did not swim in water with a temperature of 38 degrees. They preferred the pool.

The hotel is not new , tired in places . But the territory is quite large and beautiful . Several pools , a beach . Themed dinners on the beach . In general, the dinners are wonderful , every evening there is a seafood grill ( octopus, langoustines , shrimp , etc. ) a large varied buffet . Its own beach and several pools, its own territory with lawns and paths, an artificial stream and palm trees. Breakfasts are good, for those who want more - all sorts of culinary events and restaurants on site. The hotel was built before the construction rush and is located "well, almost near the center of Dubai." There are almost no other hotels with their own beach and not on the settlements.
Cons - it was built a long time ago, albeit conscientiously, so if you want 5 * and the fly was not sitting, then this is not here.

I have been to Dubai many times, this hotel is the most unsuccessful of all that I have been, even 3 arrivals are much better. One of the advantages is a good private beach and swimming pools. The territory is normal, but it already seems outdated.

Firstly, the breakfasts are weak, and they are also located in some kind of outdated room. At first, we were put in a dead room, the water pressure did not work, it was dusty, no one ever cleaned the balcony at all and the air conditioner did not work well. They moved to a more normal room.
Also, for the first time in more than 20 countries, I was faced with the fact that you can not eat and drink your own food and drinks on the territory. It was only from them that it was unpleasant when you were told every time that you should not drink your coke, etc. Although I don't want to buy from them, it was somehow unpleasant. Also, at the entrance, we gave 1000 dirhams for early entry into the room and paid the fee, but the change of about 700 dirhams was not returned to us until I asked why. That is, without even notifying them, they took all the money under the pretext that it was a deposit that could be spent on the territory. Not without a claim, but the money was returned, because I didn't need any deposit.
In principle, the attitude towards the guest as for a five-star hotel is not very good and the atmosphere is bad
So choose other options, this place is not worth the money.

There is a white sand beach, sun beds, towels and umbrellas for free (but we stay at this hotel). The breakfast food is monotonous, but delicious, fruits, juices... the staff is very courteous and polite. The territory is large, there are heated pools for adults and separately for children. There is a small playground. There is a free gym, a nightclub, and a tennis court on site. There is a spa, but we did not visit it. A store with surfing equipment and just some clothes. Nearby there is a beautiful, but not cheap, Yara restaurant and some exotic restaurant. There is also a mini mall nearby. To be honest, there's nothing sensible about it). There is a mini-restaurant Zam-zam on the opposite side of the hotel. I can't help but say that it's delicious, a lot, cheap and, most importantly, a lot of bonuses. A lot of local people go there. The dishes are large - they were taken for two or four and it turned out to be very budget-friendly and, most importantly, satisfying and delicious! Soup is given for free (delicious), all sauces, bread, hummus are given for free to large dishes. At the end, they bring very tasty mint tea and sweet donuts, and also for free. A very friendly family runs this restaurant. I want to go back there more than once! That's what we did.

The rooms are renovated for a long time, but quite cozy. The first jamb is that for all requests to put 4 large towels, carefully cleaned and replaced the battery on the scales - "yes, yes", in fact, complete disregard. Is this a 5* service? Definitely not, guys. Yesterday there was a joke in general. We left a tip in the room to the cleaner, came to the room after a walk, took the money, the room was not cleaned) upon arrival, the room was provided untidy to the end, there was even a cigarette butt in the bathroom.
As for the rooms, take a room closer to the reception, otherwise you will wake up around 5 am from the prayer of a Mula from a nearby mosque.
Today I was finally finished off by the staff on the beach. I asked very politely to open the umbrella over our sunbeds, to which one waved his hands and left, the other remained and with a very dissatisfied face still did us this favor. 2. Nutrition.
They only took breakfast. A very varied diet, making small changes every day.It is very tasty and satisfying.There are 2 shops near the hotel. At the exit from the hotel, Spinneys is on the right (a large supermarket with salads, meat, fish, like our supermarkets "Lenta" and "OK"), on the left, go a little further than the restaurant with a veranda, in the "mini shopping center " in the leftmost corner, a mini market, a small selection, but still.
Go further than Spinneys, right without turning anywhere for 10 minutes, you can stumble upon MacDonalds.On the beach (by the pools), you can order cocktails / pies using the QR code next to it, on the table.If you want to order food at good prices that are not sky-high, then download the Careem app (you can also order a taxi there). There were out-of-season lunches with a choice of salads and five main courses. It is advisable to take rooms closer to the reception, because on the outskirts of the hotel there are rooms near the mosque and calls to prayer will be heard early in the morning; and with balconies so that you can dry things after the pool. The breakfasts are excellent, everything is there. There is a shop and a currency exchange across the street, which is very convenient. We chose a hotel based on its proximity to the main attractions. When you return by taxi to the hotel, you may be taken to another Dubai Marina Beach, which is located 30 km from ours on the palm side, so tell the taxi driver to enter the name of the hotel in the navigator, otherwise they will demand payment for taxi rides in Dubai. The location is excellent, Dubai Mall is 15 minutes by taxi, the same distance to Dubai airport, shops, cafes, markets are all within reach + free transfer to Abu Dhabi (when buying a ticket to one of the amusement parks), pick-up/drop-off point near Dubai International Airport.
The beach is cool, a small coastline (bay), 3 pools with cooling water.
The staff is friendly, solved all the questions that arise.
The room in the villa is lovely, but I advise you to book rooms with a balcony if possible)

Expectations were high, but in fact it is beautiful only in the picture, there is a lot of free space that there was nothing to fill, not a cheap bar, prices are very biting.
We settled in the basement, the windows looked only to the top, but the rooms are not bad, very large pillows and excellent beds on which you can really sleep.
The sea legushatnik (hot puddle) swam mainly in the pool.

A very cool hotel with a green area, several swimming pools and its own piece of beach)
Everything is very cool. Both the bungalow and the service. I couldn't find a way out for the first 2 days. Navigate by bridges and fountains))
I recommend it!
