The location of the room itself is a bit inconvenient, it is inconvenient to park on public transport, then this crossing over the bridge. But it doesn't matter. The trouble is with the prices of services. It feels like doctors are just making more money from the troubles of those in need. Expensive vaccines, feed, medicines, and a bunch of other nonsense. It seems as if they are sniffing a lot of excess in order to plant the animal's immunity on the contrary, so that the owners who are worried about the health and well-being of their beloved pet visit their institution more often. I personally perceive the words "need" and "recommend" as "urgent" and "necessary." And the doctors are glad that they found a person from whom they can pull out as much as possible and stuff a lot of unnecessary stuff and make a profit. Of the advantages: All the specialists are polite, tactful, the room is sterile, clean and tidy. There are many different pet products, a wide range and a variety of choices for every taste. Of the cons: The provision of services is average, I would like to note. They are slow, sometimes it seems unnecessary. They often forget to warn you about the postponement of the recording, by date or time (you arrive at the appointed time and day - they are not there, and you waste money on the "round trip") One examination room, because of the long queues, sometimes you sit waiting for an hour, waiting for them to be called for a 5-minute procedure. My recommendations as a regular visitor, (unfortunately): Organize a second examination room for seriously ill animals and long-term operations (maintenance), because those who receive vaccinations are queuing with those who have sterilization or gastric cleansing. It would be nice to separate these two queues. Doctors also release pet supplies, you can not put a cashier separately, so that people who also come for food or tray filler do not stand in line with the owners who came for vaccinations, sterilization and emergency care. That's all.
