One of the favorite cafes in Russia and we were very glad to see in Dubai, we also got to the opening at BlueWaters. We have been familiar with this network for 5 years, we really love brunches, desserts and drinks. I sincerely recommend it

A great place for breakfast. Delicious coffee, which is rare in Dubai. Good service in English and Russian. Solid Russian speech of the guests. It feels like all the "info Gypsies" of Dubai live on Bluewaters and have breakfast at Angel's cakes, which may be a plus for someone, but a minus for me, so 4, not 5.
