A great hotel to spend the night in. The rooms are not large, but they are enough for an overnight stay. Breakfast is on the top floor, there are places with sea views.
Breakfast is monotonous every day, for 4-5 days it is already boring, of course, but it is better than searching the city in the morning for a cafe.
We really liked the restaurant there in the evening, and the cuisine and live music are much more cozy and tastier than in cafes outside in the heat. The prices are plus or minus the same as under the bridge.
The location is great, near the tram and the grand bazaar, the metro is 5 minutes away, you can get everywhere and walk along a wide street with shops, prices are normal, as everywhere.

Despite the small disadvantages, I liked the hotel.
On the downside, there is mold in the shower. My number was 1305. And the microwave wasn't working in the kitchenette. I wasn't going to cook, but I wanted to warm up the simit a little)
Spacious room, beautiful view from the window. Clear. The cleaning is good. The only thing is, the Filipino guy came to clean too early. If you want to sleep, put up a "do not disturb" sign right away. The breakfasts are not very varied, but delicious. Lots of vegetables and fruits. Sometimes you had to wait a long time for the elevator. It's not stressful.
By location: it was perfect for me. Gezi Park is a 5-minute walk away. Taksim Metro Station and Taksim Square are a 7-minute walk away.
Starting point, Havalist bus stop (airport) 3 minutes from the hotel.

Nice hotel.The staff is polite. The hotel is not the first freshness, but everything is clean, the room is cleaned daily, tea set, everything you need - towels, hygiene products, safe in the closet. But you will not see the beautiful landscape of Istanbul from the windows of the rooms of the additional building, the windows are covered with patterned film, because they overlook the street with emergency, already uninhabited houses. There was no hair dryer (although there should be), but after contacting the reception they brought it. But there is a station with buses to airports, as well as Taksim Square, Istiklal, and a metro station nearby. The restaurant is on the ground floor in the main building, there is an underground passage from the annex building. The restaurant is very cozy, there is a terrace overlooking the green lawn. And most importantly, the charming Susan works in it. Turkish lessons, delicious Turkish omelets, pastries from the oven that stands right in the hall, a compliment from Susan in the form of tea in Turkish armudas from the bar - amenities that created a wonderful mood for the upcoming day in magnificent Istanbul. Excellent location, up to the square. Taksim and metro are 5min away, you can pass through the parking lot of the neighboring hotel. Toiletries : toothbrush, paste, nail file, comb, soap, shampoo, there is everything. The restaurant provided dishes. Very helpful staff, special thanks to Katya at the reception, this is for those who do not know English. The breakfasts are excellent. Yes, there are small errors for 5 stars, a hole on the couch, for example, but this did not spoil our rest, the pros outweigh all the cons.

I'll bet you a four. Not a five for sure. We lived in deluxe rooms, so I can only tell you about them. The rooms are good. There is a kettle, a free safe, a hairdryer, slippers, disposable toothbrushes, etc. There are no bathrobes. There is little soap.
They clean every day, BUT: the maids took away dirty towels, but did not put new ones + did not put toilet paper until I complained about it at the reception.
Breakfasts are not very good. There are no sausages and cottage cheese (which is usually always present). But we always ate too much. Although we were hoping for a more varied breakfast. Breakfast ended at 10:30 and exactly at that time tea, coffee, etc., even water was turned off. So after 10:30, you couldn't even pour water into your cup.
The hotel is located near the square.Taksim. In principle, the location is convenient, but the place around the hotel is not beautiful. And the hotel lobby itself leaves much to be desired. 4 is the highest rating for the hotel. But in general, it's fine.
The hotel does NOT accept Union Pay or MIR cards for payment.

I booked a hotel through a flight.<url>, upon check-in, it turned out strangely that the room was booked at another hotel. I had to walk for 3-4 minutes, the hotel was already a little shabby, but I made a very good impression. There was everything you needed, a bathrobe, slippers, dental supplies, a hairdryer, a kettle, tea and coffee. Separately, I would like to note the snow-white bed linen, of good quality. There are many lighting modes in the room, the curtains opened and closed automatically. Perhaps I was lucky and my room did not belong to the standard category, since the area felt larger than the declared one. As a result, I was very pleased, especially after reading the terrible reviews about Istanbul hotels. I'll give this four a 5*

The choice of room is of great importance: in the main building suite room or in the second, across the street, ordinary. Convenient location if you get to the airports by bus. The Taksim area itself is pleasant and developed, both in terms of transport infrastructure (metro, tram, ferry) and in terms of entertainment (old town, museums, restaurants).

A charger was stolen from a backpack. After the eviction, we left our things at the reception before departure, went for a walk in the city. We returned a few hours later, but there was no charging anymore. At the same time, things just stand against the wall, come and take what you want. While I was going through the things in my backpack, no one even came up to ask if they were mine. Naturally, no one compensated for the charging.
In general, the hotel itself requires renovation and renovation, although the room with a good view seems to be quite good. All towels and bathrobes are in terrible condition, crumpled so much that it is impossible to convey. The room smells strongly of smoking. At the reception, people complain about something every now and then. The service is slow: they asked several times over the phone to bring a dental kit with toothpaste, but they did not bring it.
Good breakfasts. The food in the room is also good, but expensive, which is natural for a hotel. Nice view of the city from the room through the large panoramic windows. Not a bad location.
