I really wanted to leave a review about this company: we ordered an ottoman for a child in a store in the First National House. When buying from the seller, the deadlines for the execution of the order were clarified, we were informed that 50 days are prescribed in the contract, but they are usually performed faster. Rated for / against, ordered as a result.
The delivery time of the order has come, there is no response from the store, no greetings. I called and clarified the status of the order, the seller's response was discouraged: due to the loading, the delivery time was increased from 50 to 70 days. A question for the company, is it okay that this is almost 40% by the deadline and, probably, it is necessary to notify the client about this somehow?
Knowing such introductory words, we definitely would not have signed a contract. And the contract prescribes a meager percentage for delay, with such a percentage they can slowly fulfill the order until the end of the year.
But I was surprised by the sl: you call to clarify the intermediate status, they feed you breakfast after loading.
After such an attitude towards customers, this is the first and last purchase in this company.
