Beautiful decoration of dishes, delicious food, polite and friendly waiters, all issues were resolved instantly. We were very comfortable with you. Thanks to all the staff of the kitchen and restaurant, thanks to the staff of the reception of the hotel for solving issues with underground parking. We went to the 1884 D'Europe for breakfast and were very impressed. The atmosphere here is simply wonderful — stylish, beautiful decoration, everything is thought out to the smallest detail, creating a feeling of comfort and European elegance.
The staff is very friendly and courteous, the service is top notch. I would like to mention the serving of dishes separately — everything looks perfect, as in the best restaurants. Well, the main surprise is the prices. For the center of Minsk, with such high-quality service and cuisine, they turned out to be more than pleasant.
Overall, it's a great place to return to, not only for breakfast, but also for a full-fledged dinner!

A great hotel with a classic-style history. The rooms are clean, not stuffy, comfortable and not at all noisy. 04/20/2024 A wedding for 40 people was celebrated. We had the main hall + banquet hall for a buffet at our disposal. A wonderful bonus from the restaurant was the musical performance of the artist at the piano.
It is a very beautiful and cozy hall, you fall in love with it at first sight - you do not need large investments in the decoration. Velvet chairs and brass cutlery create a festive atmosphere.
Clear and attentive work of the staff.
Very tasty high-quality cuisine!
We definitely recommend it!!!

We stayed at the Europa Hotel and decided to try out breakfast, we made a real mistake. It took 30 to 40 minutes to wait for the scramble, and its taste reminded me of something very unpleasant, like the burp of a cook. As for the cheesecakes, it's better to keep silent about them: they were absolutely tasteless. Leaving the dishes practically untouched, we noticed that the waitress, without showing interest in the reasons for our dissatisfaction, collected the plates with obvious irritation and disappeared behind the kitchen doors.
Would I recommend this breakfast? It's more of a no than a yes. I will not discuss the rest of the dishes, but breakfast clearly does not deserve even a minimal rating. The restaurant should assemble a team that is really interested in making the customers happy.

We were at the anniversary - the banquet hall. The service is decent. But the food. I didn't like many of the snacks. Fillet fish should be pitted. I do not know who might like an almost lean dish: boiled carrots, fish, mashed baked. The dish is not brought to taste.
Kebabs are normal, but they should be served with sauce. At the banquet, they offered us to buy sauce for an additional fee. The waiters worked 100%.

On the weekend we were on the terrace in the carriage 😇
Service for 4*:
- there were no napkins on the tables
- the waiter did not know the positions of the menu, carelessly cleaned and took away the dishes
- the cutlery was brought from different sets, visually different
- the wine glasses are not grated, with water drops.
The prices are very affordable 5*.
Desserts taste so-so 3*
I don't know about the level of the restaurant inside, but in the carriage it's just a cafe.

It wasn't crowded, even though it was Saturday night. I was upset by the lack of a fairly popular Pinot Grigio wine. Traditionally unhurried service. But this is probably the norm in local restaurants. However, the pancakes were excellent!!!

In short, the price tag, like in a cool restaurant, the quality of the food, like in a cheap cafe, the service was waited for an hour and a half.
I called the restaurant and booked a table. It also seemed to me that the man answered me with some surprise.
We arrived on a weekday evening, usually in restaurants at such a time, 2/3 of the tables are occupied. There were 0 (zero) seats occupied. It should have surprised me, of course, but nevertheless. The waiter fussily sat us down at the table, found the menu, and disappeared.
The food was served in, I'm not kidding, an hour and a half later. So it would be fine if it tasted like 40 rubles / dish - no, it was a little worse than in ordinary cafes.
As I understand it, the restaurant keeps such price tags because of the premium hotel upstairs - well-off guests are served weak dishes with high prices on a call from the room, and everything is fine.
The restaurant is not for visitors, but for cutting coupons from hotel guests.
