I read a lot of reviews, a lot of positive ones coincide, but those that are negative - there was nothing of the described at all....guys, you need to look at the location of the hotel, the breakfast/lunch / dinner menu, photos of rooms, be sure to price by number, especially the time of arrivals and departures, the conditions are not suitable, choose another hotel! We arrived together with a friend, settled us, as it should be after 14:00, take a room for smokers (it will be above the 1st floor), ask for floors above, we were settled on the 5th floor, a great spacious room, everything is clean, furniture, repairs are quite normal, cleaning every day+ replacement of towels, water, tea, coffee, bathroom accessories - daily replenishment. Everything works in the room, there are Russian channels, ask for a board with an iron in the room and you can leave it for more than one day. Attentive and polite staff! Indeed, the plus of the hotel is the location next to the metro, left the hotel and immediately opposite the entrance to the subway, 10 minutes and you are in Dubai Marina, beaches, cafes and more, or go further to other places for walking around Dubai. In 10 minutes there is a shopping center where you can buy everything, everything is much cheaper there than in Dubai Mall, Marina Mall. Opposite the hotel there are a lot of cafes where you can eat for 50 dirhams for two, there are supermarkets right there. Breakfast is quite simple, but it has everything you need for the morning, cereals, eggs, sausages, vegetables, coffee, tea, juices, sweets, you definitely won't stay hungry. The hotel is quite suitable for those who do not want to spend a lot on accommodation, but to make it comfortable and with all the amenities.

Cons: Everything in the room is outdated, the wallpaper is dirty and torn in many places, the face towel is given only one for two, I don't say anything about the bathrobe at all, it just doesn't exist. The furniture is already old, the cabinet doors do not close. The bathtub is all chipped, which at first makes it seem that it simply wasn't washed. Spot lighting and with a small number of lamps, because of this, the room is dark even during the day, and our windows also looked out into the alley. The kettle in the room was broken. And most importantly, the room is sooooo humid. It is so humid that no clothes dry and, as luck would have it, there is not even a balcony. Because of the humidity, we had to constantly turn on the ventilation, but because of this, it was terribly cold in the rooms.
Positive: nice polite staff, beautiful lobby, full breakfast too. The location is great. Near the hotel there is a metro station, various shopping centers, cafes, shops, pharmacies, ateliers, etc. I especially liked the Turkish restaurant Cappadocia, in terms of price and quality

If you want convenience and service, this is not about this hotel. The condition of the rooms is solid 2*. The sockets don't work somewhere, when you flush the bathtub, the drain on the floor starts rattling, for the first time it seems like an earthquake. A cockroach sat quietly on the curtain and watched everything. Elevators sometimes take you for a ride as they please, but they always bring you to your destination. fine. The location relative to the metro is excellent, there is a bus stop at the entrance to the metro that takes you to many beaches (but you still have to walk a lot). It is suitable for a budget holiday, I recommend it.

The hotel is not bad, but tired. We lived on the 4th floor. The floor is for smokers, so the smell is specific. The room did not shine with novelty. The bed, linen, mattress, pillows are very good - we slept well. The pool is clean, small. There is a gym. The food is delicious, quite diverse. The staff is polite, courteous, communicate in English. Everything is fine for a city hotel. However, if you compare with Turkish or Russian 4-star hotels, then these 4 stars are obtained with a huge minus.

And we were also brazenly tipped off with a return transfer to the airport. Although we got out on time and stood waiting at the main entrance, it turned out that the driver allegedly drove up to the second exit, saw no one and left. The first thing I tell you when you are going to Dubai, take with you everything from colds, drops, gargle, icicles..if you get sick, don't go to your grandmother. They clean up every day (they just make the bed without changing the linen, change the towels, as I said earlier and forget to bring them, clean up the garbage and that's it, don't vacuum))) That's what I want to note the food is super!!! Sweets are just not enough, but there is something to eat, you will definitely not stay hungry. We went on Safari liked it, fed fu. You can come to eat after) The location is good near the metro, but look again in the subway the candeias blow with terrible force, that the pancake inflates mom do not grieve, buy a silver card it costs 25 dirhams, it remains 19, 6 as the card is written off. We were at the hotel in early August. Impressions are mixed.
The area of Hindus, Pakistanis and Malaysians, the kitchens are appropriate on the street.
The rooms are not new, like the hotel as a whole, there is an unpleasant smell of dampness, but I will note the plus that they are cleaned every day with dignity.
There are no water coolers at the reception and on the floors, we went to the gym to get water.
Catches one Russian channel.
Plus- Wi-Fi in the room.
Location of the hotel: three minutes and near the metro and bus stop.
But if you are considering a beach holiday, I think this hotel is not suitable. You will get very tired getting on buses.
Meals: we took breakfast / dinner, sometimes changed dinner for lunch.
If you lose a day due to a flight, no one will reschedule dinner for you the next day,
as they do in many hotels,
If you leave early in the morning, they will put together a box
of apple, orange and cupcake.
Food is decent, there is no strong abundance. But it's delicious, you won't stay hungry.
It is forbidden to take out of the restaurant, they are just shaking and will make you pay another 35 dirhams.
For breakfast, tea, coffee, juice, for lunch or dinner - only water.
Beach: the bus goes catastrophically inconveniently, there at 11-10, back around 13:30, the second time at 15:30, back at 18;00, for which 5-7 seats are given and it is necessary to register in advance.
We got to Kite Beach by bus 81 (coming from the metro), back on it,
but it takes longer to walk back from the stop, about 20 minutes.
In fact, there are two beaches in Dubai - JBR and Kite.
There are no sun loungers on the beaches, a shower every 500 m. and even in the morning it is fiery.
Taxi to the beach - about 1200 rubles. one way.
There is a cooling pool on the roof of the hotel, there are sun loungers with towels and not a lot of people.
It is comfortable to swim and sunbathe. There is also a Jacuzzi.
Excursions: buy everything via Instagram or through search engines, as guides offer two to three times more expensive.
Money: there are several exchange offices around the hotel in 7-10 minutes, like banks - the exchange rate is more profitable there, the hotel understates, it is not profitable to change at the reception.

Honestly , I don 't understand all those who write rave reviews . I was at this hotel the day before yesterday . We arrived tired , they definitely won 't check you in before , and it doesn 't matter if the room is cleaned , free or something else . The reception staff does not show a drop of attention. We waited until 14:00. I went to the counter , and again at the reception they tell me that the room is not ready . I am with two children, tired, hungry, and all this time until 16:00 we had to wait near the reception, where the air conditioners are working to the fullest. Naturally , we were all blown out and we all began to feel chills in chorus . Well, finally they decided to settle us, by the way, as it turned out, even if you booked a room for three, this does not mean that you will have a place for three. You will also need to pay 100 dirhams for each day of your stay for a cot. Generally settled , my first shock is cockroaches , fuuu cockroaches . My second shock is bedbugs !!!!!! God , I remember and feel sick . Damp , damp . Gloomy dark rooms . I want to run as fast as I can. Windows cannot be opened . Okay , I think everything is fine , we need to look for a positive in everything . We went down to the power room and there was a third disappointment waiting for me , it was dirty dishes . Although what to expect from a hotel where cockroaches infest !!! As luck would have it , for the first time I chose three meals a day and these are the surprises . The food for 4 stars is very poor , but that 's not the worst thing .
Summing up , I want to say the following , I do not understand who awarded this hotel 4 stars . For Dubai , it 's definitely 2 stars no more . Earlier this year, I was at the rove la mer 3 star hotel. It 's just heaven and earth !!!!!!!!! I strongly do not recommend it.

The location is very bad, you constantly need to get somewhere and spend time on it, the staff does not know how to meet guests at all, the smell in the lobby is like hell, the repair is old, the rooms are smoky, the bathroom ceiling is flowing in some rooms, dirty wallpaper and restrooms, (about washing floors and vacuuming is not here we heard) we were moved to 3 rooms for 1 day, the girl who receives guests at the reception made us wait in the lobby hungry, tired from 9 am to 17.00 pm, so she also settled us in a smelly room, after outrage, again, but already in a room where water dripped on top of our heads, and only for the third time we were settled in a more or less normal room, in the end we just lost 2 days, I went to Dubai for the fourth time and this has never happened! The three of us had a rest (husband, wife and vzr. daughter) from April 1, 2022, the sea is 26°, and on April 8, 28°.
A 4-star hotel, but no more.
The lobby is large, beautiful, like a super hotel. The staff is attentive, responsive. The breakfasts are good. The location is convenient, very close, across the street, metro. Emirates Mall in 10 -12 min. walking distance. There are several grocery stores near the hotel, 10 and 30 meters away, one of them is even cheaper than in the mall, with the same quality of goods. The transfer to the sea is free, at the beginning of April it was 2 times a day, we were taken to Dubai Marina. We went to 2 other beaches by taxi: 20 dirhams from the entrance to the hotel to the place.

It is better never to take this hotel, they ignore your comments about the dirty carpet, I have bronchial asthma, and an attack began after being in the room. After the request to relocate, they refused. I was afraid to even put things out like cockroaches. The only plus is the metro which is nearby. One evening while I was in the shower, they knocked, then they just went to clean up, without asking. All the furniture is shabby. One evening I went into the hall near the room and felt a terrible smell, it was poisoned cockroaches, the room smelled 10 times worse. I went downstairs and they said you said we had cockroaches. The area near the hotel is dark, the streets are not lit at all. There are simply no empty tables at breakfast, but there is nothing to eat there. Cucumbers and tomatoes. Grated carrots. Empty croissants. An omelet and a couple of kinds of local strange goo. In general, money was given for the hotel for the same it was possible to buy a normal and a new one in the Marina. If you do not get a transfer to the sea, I do not know if there is one at all or not, then it is not convenient to get to it at all. I even put one star with a creaking heart. Of the minuses - the smell of smoking, dampness, mold in the room, I had to open the windows in 40 degree heat, the furniture in the kitchen was broken, according to vacationers, the 5-6 floor is better in this regard. For the sake of interest, we got up, repairs were recently made there, and it smells of paint and new carpets) it's not a fact that it's better) The administrators are friendly, many Russian-speaking, all issues were resolved quickly. Breakfast is meager, but you won't leave hungry. The coffee machine broke down when we were there, that's what upset us. Lived here for 2 weeks. During this time, there has never been a vacuum cleaner in the room, the dust has never been wiped, crumbs were on the floor and on the table, and remained, soap and toilet paper were not given out for 3-4 days. The toilet was faulty. Towels were changed only 2 times a week. At the reception, the girl did not accept comments, only "we will fix it, there will be cleaning." At breakfast, after 9.15 there are no seats, and there was nothing to eat except an omelet, filth in the hall, horror! The windows overlooked another house, a distance of 5 meters, the windows were in the windows. There is no swimming pool, the gym is open only in the morning. The nearest pool is in another hotel, but the pool is small and there are never any places there. The shuttle to the sea is only two times: at 8.00 - 5 places and at 18.30 - in the evening it's just the time for sunbathing, no one goes!( Of the advantages only: location, metro 100 meters away.

For your money, the hotel is super - 3 minutes from the metro station, near the huge Mall of the Emirates, many restaurants and an excellent supermarket. If this is a matter of principle for anyone, there is a Russian-speaking staff at the reception, but not every day.

They took it from the balcony, but they did not see the point because there is no place on the balcony where to hang a towel to dry. The food is completely not varied, but we are not picky, so we were not bothered by it and did not go hungry. There are many elevators and toilets in the hotel itself. You can change money to buy souvenirs right in it. Very convenient location near the metro and bus station. We used it all the time and were able to see everything everywhere. There are many shops, pharmacies and mini outlets near the hotel. There are no scales in the hotel, so they could not weigh the suitcases.

We lost half a day to fix the breakdown of the safe (as a result, it was replaced), the room was heavily smoked (after 2 days we were moved to another room), the bus to the sea was city (and not hotel, went 2 times a day, in the last 2 days we could not even get there, t K. was overwhelmed). The apogee of our vacation is breakfast before departure, because we left early, we asked to collect it - as a result, no one remembered about it at all. The bus has already arrived and the canteen workers were forced to put yesterday's hard rolls and a rotten apple for us! Yes, the hotel was from a cheap segment, it is very far from the center, but honesty in the stars should be present! The only plus was the food, which corresponded to a solid 4.
